The location of the hotel was fantastic, allowing easy access to many of the city's attractions, including the famous Cathedral. This made exploring Hanoi a breeze, and I appreciated being able to walk to many of the nearby restaurants and shops.

Great family room with high ceilings and a view to the Cathedral. Great location. The staff were excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. The Manager of the hotel was lovely and was also lovely to my children. When returning from a tour there was always a cold drink waiting for us.
