Area is so remote that not much is there. More like a motel than a hotel but the staff was nice though.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thanh was an excellent travel guide for us in Hanoi and Ha Long. Xam showed us around Tam Dao, booked train tickets to Da Nang for us, and made sure we got on the right train. It was her first time as a guide, and she did an excellent job.

Absolutely terrible. Room stank, everything broken. Bugs everywhere. I haven’t walked out of a place with so many bites. The pictures of the hotel do not match the current state of it. I would wish it upon anybody. Also to add it is no where near the airport and the so called free shuttle from the airport is NOT FREE!

Hotel wanted £22.00 for us to keep the room fir late check out , booked this room for £11.66 well worth it just to rest and shower before going to airport , yes basic , towels and sheets clean what more can you ask for , well worth over night stay to or from airport

We expected a nice breakfast as advertised and promised by the person at the hotel when we checked in. Unfortunately, there was nothing ready at 6. Someone quickly made a cup of coffee with no milk or sugar and fried some eggs on a cold baguette. So do not expect anything at all. There are hardly any places to eat in the area. This is not the airport hotel I expected.

near the airport, ok price, many included services and options, like the hotel tours introduced. There is a shuttle service and cheap hotel reservations within the city, so ask the staff if needed. The rooms are basic but okay for 1 night.
