This is our second stay at this hotel. It's in an excellent location and very close to the lake and easy walking distance to many things. Mai the manager is excellent!! She arranged all our transportation and was so informative. Just a very lovely soul, as are the rest of the staff. Definitely recommend this hotel.

Great stay, spacious room with comfy beds right in the very heart of Hanoi just minutes from Water Puppet Theatre and the lakes. Very friendly staff. Would happily return on our next trip to this wonderful city. Slept very well with great air con and a quiet room despite being right in the hustle and bustle of the city.

What a wonderful Boutique Hotel in the heart of the old quarter. Miss Mie and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. Bent over backwards to make the stay memorable. Such lovely people !! Miss Mie was a wonderful host planned trips away for us which were great!? Day trip to Ninh Binh and 3 day cruise to Halong Bay. Highly recommend stay.

The hotel is centrally located in the old quarter, surrounded by numerous eateries, cafes, shops, and travel agencies. The staff were the friendliest we encountered throughout the country, always smiling and willing to answer our many questions. Special thanks to Mai, Brian, and Vian, who were always there to assist us and even provided a room upgrade. The breakfast was good, and the staff were very accommodating, helping us store our luggage during multiple check-ins and check-outs for our one-night trips from Hanoi. The area felt safe, even when we returned late. Overall, it was an amazing stay experience.

The room was very crowded for 4 people. It was old and not in good repair. The safe didn’t work. But the worst part was the smell, linen and room smelt like damp. We stayed one night only. Were meant to stay again after our trip to Halong bay but we cancelled The staff were very lovely

This was our first stop on two weeks in Vietnam. The staff went out of there way to make us feel comfortable and we’re helpful in all ways. Transport from Airport and to Sapa was organised by Ms Mài and was absolutely amazing!! Rooms are clean and roomy. We were in family rooms with balconies. The location is tops. Close to all the action! Breakfast was great if you don’t want to go out!! Thanks for showing us the Vietnamese hospitality from day one!!!!

This hotel is excellent value for money, and I cannot praise the staff enough! Everyone friendly and went the extra mile to help me when I left my bag in the taxi (with all my valuables)! Safely returned within the hour. Hotel is ideally located in the centre of Hà Nội and everything was within walking distance. Mia who deals with all the travel stuff, a lovely warm friendly lady who speaks excellent English. If you need any trips or tourist information Mia can help with this. Mia recommended the Hà Nội Hilton (Prison) - this was well worth a visit 😊 Kan one of the receptionists, again lovely lady, friendly and helpful. Brian who works the afternoon reception - amazing, always smiling and again so helpful and kind. THANKS TO EVERYONE at the AMORITA, we have had an amazing stay in Hà Nội and also a special thank you for helping with our daughter Jess - who will be staying on her return from the Ha Giang Loop!
