Staff were so kind, friendly and responsive. Breakfast buffet was wonderful. Room was small but clean. King bed was HUGE and very comfortable. Location right next to a famous Banh Mi restaurant and so close to the lake. Recommend

The room is very clean. The only thing is that you cannot smoke in the room. There are strict regulations and you cannot smoke. There are more than ten kinds of breakfast.

Despite the unglamorous reception area, our double room was one of the best rooms we’ve stayed in here in Vietnam. We were in a double room with balcony. The room was spacious with a large bed, a seating area and the balcony, from which the lake was visible. We were very comfortable. Complimentary tea, coffee & water were provided plus a chargeable mini bar. The bathroom, with both a shower & a bath was attractive and clean. Unfortunately the shower water was not quite luke warm - it was a chilly day and a hot shower would have been the icing on the cake. Breakfast from top floor - again with views- was al I needed; fruits, breads, Vietnamese & other egg options. Staff were friendly, speaking exc English. All in all astounding value.
