Receiptionist very polite and understanding , junior suite room 1003 its not as per expectation . The balcony too small . Other than that the hotel its good

Hotel reception staff are all very helpful and very informative. We have no idea where to go for a proper PCR test hospital for the departure to Hong Kong. The hotel did recommend us one hospital which is about 2km from the hotel and most importantly the hospital was super efficient that provided us the test results within 4 hours and the price is only half of the other hospital charged. We are extremely pleased with the kind service that Acoustic Hotel to us during the stay. Service is excellent and room is very clean. We definitely will stay again next time in.Hanoi.

Second time staying at this property, first time was really nice, second time i got upper floor but i got a really old room with many details and a bit noise starting from 5am because i can hear the staff fixing the breakfast for the guests, the bed wasn't cozy.

I went there for the second time. It is in the center of Hanoi.
The service is good. You need to communicate in English. There is no Chinese receptionist, but you can use translation software.
The breakfast is rich. It is convenient to go anywhere. It is a basic data center area and can be reached by foot.
There are many Europeans and Americans in the hotel.
The hotel also provides motorcycle riding services, but foreigners without a license will be caught and fined. Be careful😆
I will choose it next time and recommend it.
By the way, the hotel does not have disposable slippers. Other hotels I have been to also do not have them. There are only normal reusable slippers. If you mind, bring your own slippers.
