I had an amazing stay at Mina Hotel & Spa! The daily breakfast was both authentic and fresh, offering a delightful taste of local cuisine that I thoroughly enjoyed. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to assist with any issues or requests we had. They even proactively checked in to see if we needed anything, which made us feel truly cared for.
When we encountered a minor issue with our room, they promptly upgraded us to a better one without hesitation. Their dedication to ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay really stood out. I highly recommend Mina Hotel & Spa for anyone visiting Vietnam!

Good location very near to everything, thou it is Noisy at night because it is opposite of the beer street, breakfast was good, the staffs are good and friendly.

Unfortunately I can’t recommend this hotel for more than 1-2 nights. The rooms are really smaller than in the description, the towels were old and with marks of different colours, the breakfast was just ok. But the attitude to the guests is shown in the picture I attached: there are hair of the previous guest in the blanket cover. After I saw it I have decided to leave.

very conveniently located in the old quarter area with wide choices of local food and other cuisines, will come back next time if visit Hanoi next time
