It was a coincidence to book here. My friend had a problem with her initial apartment booking, so we decided to find another place for one night. We met the manager (I believe she is) at the reception, she's speaking fluent English and she even helped me with my phone issue. Apart from the hotel being slightly distance away from the busy old quarter, this hotel provided great service. We liked it, and so we decided to stay another two nights.

p.s: strong creamy coffee lover would love the coffee shop opposite the hotel!

Not a great hotel to be honest. Location is far away from the relevant places. The first night we discovered a bloodstain on the quilt and the front desk first said they would only look at it the next morning, then finally replaced it. The room was cold and ac couldn't be changed to hot air, breakfast is quite meager, not a very great stay to be honest. Towels seemed to be very old and the kettle had lots of stains inside, not a very clean place either so to say.

Very poor service from a certain member of staff that really ruined my stay.
Smell of sewage in room, no hot water on first day and maintenance work on swimming pool.
Not very helpful in describing local services.. tried to charge 80000 dong per kilogram for washing and drying clothes and I got it for 12000 at a local establishment (which they said was a long walk which it wasn’t)
No suitable seating available by the pool and no plans to improve this.
Breakfast was ok, room was ok other than the above..
They mention several “services” that they don’t offer.. false advertising.
