I am so disappointed that they suddenly change my living location to another place. When I arrived to the hotel, they said the room is fully booked and I have to change to another place nearby. However, my reservation is confirmed…… this is really a terrible experience for me and I would not come to live in this hotel again….

The location is convenient. It's right in Japan Street. It's a few hundred meters away from Lotte Tower. There's a lot to eat and do. There's a traditional market nearby. It's cheap to buy groceries. The room is spacious and well-equipped with washing machine, dryer, kitchenware, and bathtub. It's a very comfortable stay.

It was my first time to use a booking website. If my map location hadn't been wrong 22 hours later, I would have stayed there for the next three days. It was my first time staying in a serviced apartment after many visits to Vietnam. It had all the appliances and felt as comfortable as at home.

The hotel is on Linh Lang Street, so there are many Japanese izakayas, bars, and karaoke next to the market around the hotel, so it feels like a cheap service apartment.

Good apartment, new furniture, lots of trees make the space fresh. Security guard enthusiastically supports check in. Near the market and many shops so very convenient. I will come back in the near future
