The hotel staff provided excellent service with great enthusiasm to serve customers. However, its lack of facilities and fair variety of food in breakfast buffet, together with the fair food quality disappointed me a bit.

The staffs are super nice. They are showing what we could see in Hanoi. Even they will walk with you if you cannot communicate with them on how to go this and that places. The receptionist is really good in English!

Good basic hotel for the price. Bed very hard and bathroom small and water leaks out of the shower door area. However for the price it’s a pretty decent hotel.

Bedsheet and blankets are old. Decent size room, but the breakfast was terrible. For 70$/night, i won't stay at this hotel again. There's a lot more hotels with cheaper price around that area
