The reception staff needs to be trained better. Two will not say same thing. And i advise not to book activities with the hotel as it is expensive than rest. There was no safe in the room and sockets were located behind the bed and next to table so was challenging to charge the devices.

Very good location and easy access. Staff are friendly and easy to get to everywhere. Will recommend this place to travellers in a group. Many nice food around too.

Hotel is nearby walking distance from the hanoi railway station. Overall beeakfast and amenities of the hotel were nice. Do not rent motorbike with the hotel as the guy who will bring the motorbike will try to give you malfunctioned motorbike.
