The facilities were kept clean and the staff were very friendly.
It was cozy, no background noise, and comfortable.
What was disappointing was that there was no open view and the Wi-Fi signal was weak in the room.
If I come to Hanoi again, I would like to visit again.
I was embarrassed because I didn't use the minibar, but I think there was a mistake. You corrected it right away.
