The service staff were hospitable and answered all our questions. They also helped us book transportation and itinerary to Halong Bay. Unfortunately, the price on trip.com was 30% higher than other websites (because I was too busy and didn’t check the price). After I checked in, I realized that it was much more expensive. The customer service staff could only give me about 100 yuan in coins. Save it for next time, hope the website can be improved

It would have been better if we could use the refrigerator in the room. However, when I told the front desk staff, they let me use the refrigerator in the kitchen, which was nice.

Awesome location, we stsyed in room 601, balcony with city view. Lake 200 mtrs, Beer Street 600 mtrs. Atleast 10 Indian restaurants in vicinity. Vegetarians should try the vietnamese restaurant with veg options. Great cuisine. Hotel was super clean, and very spacious room, too rare in busyling old quarter hotels. The receptionist and staff were really cool. Ms Chloe arranged trips and was very helpful even when the tour guide was rude. And it was her day off then too she attended whole day. She guided us well and provided a complementry coffee powder packet as a nice gesture. I will highly recommend and will be back soon

Not in a walking area but near Hoan Kiem Lake. Bellboy is very friendly. The rooms are very nice and comfortable. However, hallway is extremely dirty. Overall speaking was a great experience at this hotel and we will go back again if we ever go back to Vietnam but I hope the owner read this regarding cleaning subject.

Not a bad budget option in the old quarter. The staff were extremely accommodating and provided very good suggestions for excellent pho and bun cha nearby. My only real complaint is that it was not made clear that breakfast was not included until I made my way downstairs in the morning. Given the price, it really should be part of the room rate. Anyway, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it to others.
