I booked this hotel for my bday trip, and it was perfect. The room was comfortable, clean, and they also provided clothes iron in the room. I think if you would like to stay here with family it would be amazing. The staff are also very helpful, polite, and caring. And not forget to mention that they serve different dishes for breakfast, so you won’t get bored having breakfast every morning here.
You also can enjoy the spa or massage on 2nd floor (Metis Spa), and get 20% discount if you’re staying at the hotel.

It is a good place to be close to the church. Breakfast is very good and facilities are decent. I will recommend it if you wanna be in the heart of hanoi in a 4 starts hotel. Fair relationship between price and services.

Exceptional services from frontdesk to housekeeping and breakfast restaurant.
The team is so friendly and proactive.
Short walk to many attractions
Church just few steps away.
Comes with lift.
Breakfast selection is limited, however more than sufficient.
Room sound proofing can be improved.
Many boutique hotels now provide free drinks, etc, from the room fridge. This doesn't cost much. Can consider it.
The bathtub is high. Need to take good care for children and elderly.

The location is just in the center of the crowd. The hotel staffs are very kind and helpful.
They even present me a surprise cake for my birthday ….

This hotel was clean but there was no heating at night. First night we were cold. Heating did not work for 3 nights while we were staying there. The staff members lied as if there was a heating. In addition, we bought one day cruise experience through this hotel. A staff member told me that guests of the hotel can get this at a lower price. We paid a lot expecting a luxury cruise. However when we arrived at the cruise ship, it was far from luxury. Moreover, we found out that trip.com offers the same cruise ship experience at a lower price.

Very nice staffs. They are friendly and do their best to help you. The Church is only 100m far from hotel. Waking up with church bell sound is amazing experience.
