Amazing hotel with the most beautiful staff and I couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay at this relatively new hotel.
This hotel has everything you could need and want and I love that it was also eco friendly.
I liked that it was situated a little away from the hectic ness of Old Quarter and there were surrounding streets in Long Biên that I could explore and get everything I needed.
The staff were absolutely amazing and ever so helpful and kind. They truly made my stay one to remember forever!
Oh, and I was so lucky to have been upgraded from a standard to a superior room when I checked-in. So grateful and thankful 🙏
This hotel is a must stay when in Hanoi.

We have rarely experienced hospitality quite like we did at M Village. From the second we walked in all the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable and welcoming as possible. All the staff were impeccable but we would like to say a special thanks to Anna. She looked after us and provided us with absolutely everything. I would highly recommend M Village Long Bien. The rooms were spotless and you couldn’t ask for anything else. 10/10

This is a French-style antique 4-star hotel with a swimming pool.
I stayed in a suite, and overall it feels old, but I was satisfied.
However, it seems to be a structural problem, but there is a problem with soundproofing to the extent that you can hear the voices in the lower room. Sensitive people don't like it.
There is a gap between the glass panes.
