The order shows that the room is 28 square meters, but the actual room is about 20 square meters, definitely not 28 square meters, so I argued with the hotel front desk. 3. The level of Ctrip's international business department is not good. During the communication with the hotel front desk, they said that the order came from Ctrip, they did not cooperate with Ctrip, did not know this platform, and said that the room photos uploaded by Ctrip were completely incorrect, and the room type was not what Ctrip showed. I told them that this is the largest travel platform in China, and the other party said that they had never heard of it and denied the information on the Ctrip order. Later, after difficult English communication, the hotel was willing to change our room. Ctrip makes overseas users feel that they have no sense of security. If you hold Ctrip's things, you may be rejected and denied. Ctrip has abandoned overseas users. In this order, Ctrip has serious problems with false advertising and zero communication bridge with overseas hotel channels!
