Allocated twin room facing another building on second floor so had to keep curtains drawn throughout the stay. Generally clean but water kept flowing from bathtub to the bathroom floor. likely due to shower area tilted outwards so floor is always wet. Staff were polite and friendly. Decent stay

The interiors are a bit old-fashioned, but overall, the service is impeccable, the room is clean, housekeeping is normal, all requests were responded to promptly and efficiently. The area is quite traditional, however, if you go to the right - after a block - there is a quite decent two-story supermarket with a large selection of products. By calling Grab, you can go anywhere in Hanoi.

I recently spent 2 very comfortable nights at this hotel. I stayed at the hotel as it is convenient to the Hanoi exhibition hall, less than 10 minutes away.
I was very happy with my stay. The staff at the hotel was very friendly. The hotel manager assisted me with early check-in and was very concerned with the stays of the guests at the hotel.
I think this hotel is a great value and in a convenient location. I'll be happy to stay here again on future trips to Hanoi.
