Hanoi Quan Cau Giay Hotels

Location is not good, but all the others were excellent! Foods are delicious, Services are touching enough, and facilites are convenient to use. And room condition was so good. If I visit Hanoi one more time, I will book this hotel without any doubt.

Great Japanese business service apartment. All the Japanese appliances, food on breakfast are pretty closed to the food when I live in Japan's hotel. Public bath (Onsen) is great as well. Especially the customer, since most of them are Japanese, the hotel is very quite and comfort to stay. Which is way way better than the one I usually stay (Grand plaze) next to it. But the Big C look quite close to the hotel but no direct route to go. It took me 15 min to walk from hotel to BIg C.

Great apartment! 👍 The location in the city center is extremely convenient, fully equipped, especially with a kitchen 🍳, ideal for those who love to cook like me. Everything is very clean and modern, making me feel comfortable like at home. What impressed me most was the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the manager ⭐️, always ready to support when needed. I will definitely come back here on future trips! It is worth the experience! 😊

Check in was really easy with self check in. Landlord provided proper guidance for that. Apartment was spot on. It contained all the amenities for a comfortable stay. It’s in a central location surrounding malls, supermarkets and restaurants. It’s possible to get anything delivered via grab too. Apartment was on 22nd floor hence we had a great view of the city. It was such a cute little apartment with enough and more privacy. We had around 4 comfortable nights here. Highly recommended.

As a tourist, this hotel is not near the Old Quarter But grab is very convenient. Take some 15mins to head to the touristy area In terms of the room, it is clean and big. Breakfast is simple fare, but good enough Desk receptionist Linh was pretty helpful. It helps that she is conversant in English

This hotel previously is known as Eastin Hotel and I had been there a couple of times. The hotel is well maintained and I love the interior decorations of this hotel, the room is spacious and bed is comfortable. The breakfast has also wide spread of variety choice from Vietnamese to Western. Price is very reasonable and hopefully they will stay that way and improve their standard with the new hotel management.

Real 5 Star experience, the only downside was its location from the Old Quarters area. Highly recommended. 

Our stay at Vinhomes was very pleasant and comfortable. The owner was quick to respond and update regarding the check in process. Most amenities were provided aside from toothbrushes/toothpaste, which was great for us as we had quite a bit of laundry to be washed. Location was just 3 mins walk to Vincom shopping mall where all necessities and shopping can be done! Really enjoyed our stay at Vinhomes, will be back next time :)

It was nice residence and really clean and big enough. Also crews are very kind. I have many case to go hanoi, I will choose this residence no hesitation. Strongly recommend!!

It was a coincidence to book here. My friend had a problem with her initial apartment booking, so we decided to find another place for one night. We met the manager (I believe she is) at the reception, she's speaking fluent English and she even helped me with my phone issue. Apart from the hotel being slightly distance away from the busy old quarter, this hotel provided great service. We liked it, and so we decided to stay another two nights. Thanks Hillary Hanoi Hotel! p.s: strong creamy coffee lover would love the coffee shop opposite the hotel!
