The apartment was wonderful – clean, well-equipped, and in a convenient location. The space was cozy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. Highly recommended

I like the chocolate hour from 4-5 pm. The staff have been very helpful. What they could have done better is that they should have separate conditioner and shower gel. I don’t like the idea of “conditioning shampoo” (2 in 1). The toothbrushes come with paper-packet toothpaste which is difficult to use. I think this hotel has a lot of good potential especially the very friendly and helpful staff, but it’d be much better if it decides not to use cheap amenities like the cheap toothbrushes and the lack of a separate shower gel.

My stay at this apartment was truly memorable! The central location made it extremely convenient to get around, close to attractions, restaurants and shops. I could easily walk or use public transport to explore the city. The apartment was fully equipped, clean and modern, especially with a lovely kitchenette that allowed me to cook comfortably. The host/manager was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist me throughout my stay. I was really satisfied with everything and will definitely come back here on my next trips!😍

The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with a good breakfast and spacious rooms. However, one thing to keep in mind is that they might assign you a twin bed, so it’s best to confirm your preference with them in advance. Unfortunately, despite my request, they didn’t fix this issue. The room had a balcony, and unlike many other hotels, it was quiet at night. The bathroom was clean, and the amenities were quite nice. They also had a minibar with reasonably priced items, and the hotel café served delicious and affordable food. Another great feature was their motorcycle rental, which costs 200,000 VND per day. For just 50,000 VND worth of fuel, I managed to ride around the city and even covered 40 km while still having half a tank left. The location is convenient as well, close to major attractions like the Old Quarter and the Presidential Palace.

It is a wonderful apartment to stay. The apartment is clean 😄 Everything in the house is new, then the owner arranged and decorated it very beautifully. That makes me feel very happy. The location of the apartment is very good. It is very peaceful and fresh. In addition, you can walk in the area and find anything you want. It has everything available and it is easy to find it. Very wonderful. I will come back. Highly recommended! 🥰

After making a reservation for my companion and checking in, we immediately detected a strong chemical smell (suspected of sick house syndrome) that seemed to come from a newly built building in 2025. This smell caused severe headaches, dizziness, and eye irritation for me and my companion, and we tried opening the windows to ventilate, but the condition did not improve. Considering that it was an environment that directly affected our health, we left the room within 10 minutes and moved to another accommodation.

This hotel is like home feeling. Staffs are friendly, internet is good, nice gym and swimming pool with sauna. I always come back here whenever I visit Hanoi. Lately I see many group tourists checking in, which is a good sign for the hotel.

Overall, the stay at your hotel was very satisfactory. The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete and the bed was very comfortable. I asked the staff to help me take care of my luggage before I checked out and paid a certain fee, which I was quite satisfied with.
