I stayed 4 nights in total at this hotel. I like the fact that we didn’t need to ask for room service. However, that one lady from reception gives off the mean girl vibe(maybe it’a just her rbf and the way she talks). It was 27$ sgd a night and I would say it’s worth for what you pay. We take grab to central area every day since it’s a bit far(costs around 50000-60000 vnd each trip). The room is big and I like the fact that the tv has varieties to choose(Netflix, youtube, etc.). The bathroom is spacious and nth is spoiled. Toilet has bidet and tissue. The aircon works well too. Around the hotel doesn’t have much restaurants, so we always order grab food(only have circle k and a few cafes). I recommend this hotel if you’re on a budget trip.
Luxor rooms are generally good on 6th floor. However I booked a room with upgrade but was not initially honoured with my booked room or the
Upgrade promise. However, after connecting with trip.com service agents, they Upgrade one room for us and it was very good.
Breakfast is very minimal! But we pay minimal so no complaints.
Aircon is quite low power at night and I had to ask to send a spare fan to the room to be able to sleep.
Note: image attached is an unfurnished room they tried to give us in lieu of our booked room as per Images on trip.com
Stayed for one night in Hanoi, and all went well. It's a serviced apartment, so I called to check in, and someone came quickly to help me get settled. 3 rooms in the apartment, nice kitchen, living room, etc.

The room was a little small but clean and the bathroom was a good size and also had a bathtub which was nice because I prefer baths. The only strange thing was that due to Tet Holliday they locked the front door with a bike lock from 12-6 and we wanted to go outside to smoke a cigarette. Thankfully he did let us out and we felt really bad because he was sleeping behind the desk. I think due to the Holliday the hotel was short staffed.
I chose this hotel for location about bus station. I needed had to go early in the morning to China. Man from reception helped me with taxi and was hospitality. Thank you for everything🙏 If about my room: purely, cleaned up, the bed is comfortable, have hot water and thick curtains for better sleeping, it was quiet outside the window and my sleep was peaceful.
The drop-off point from Friendship Pass to Hanoi is very close to the hotel, just a few hundred meters away from the traffic lights. The environment is good and the price is high for only 100 yuan.
Booked for 2 night stay. Checked-in almost at midnight hour. Hotel staff was quick to unload and carry up my luggage. The check-in process was smooth and fast.
The size of the room booked was 25sqm. A very good size. King size bed. Mattress was a bit hard. Large bathroom but water pressure was a bit low with water heater turned on.
Breakfast selection was good. Had breakfast for only one morning.
Did not make up of the rest of the facilities such as swimming pool and sauna.
One of the budget hotels that is newly renovated, furnished and clean. Polite staff, laundry services and everything you need. For this money, it is definitely the best in this area and close to the old city.
Allocated twin room facing another building on second floor so had to keep curtains drawn throughout the stay. Generally clean but water kept flowing from bathtub to the bathroom floor. likely due to shower area tilted outwards so floor is always wet. Staff were polite and friendly. Decent stay
Recommended, the room I booked has a balcony, it is comfortable and sanitary, the service attitude is good, many European and American tourists stay here, although the breakfast variety is not much, it is still okay, I will stay here again if I have the chance

EElly PhanFirst time here. Lots of entertainment, very close to Les Miserables Street. Please note that you need to contact the landlord to know your whereabouts. Due to the large area, you need to contact as soon as possible to know that the building is occupied. Will come back next time. Feel very satisfied with this area.
LLuna RubyHanoi was a bit chilly when I went in November, but the hotel had a bathtub, which was great. The hotel staff were all friendly and the place was clean and well managed. The hotel's breakfast can be enjoyed leisurely on the 9th floor while looking out at the outdoors. The menu changes slightly every day, including bread, Japanese food, and rice, and you can choose from them. It's not as extensive as a buffet, but it was perfect for breakfast. This is the hotel I would like to stay at again next time I go to Hanoi.
PPetrI stayed at this hotel for the weekend with my wife.
The staff was polite and friendly, the bed and room were clean, it was clear that the renovation was recent, and the location was just excellent, overall I liked everything.
But still, there are a couple of points that require their voice, so that future guests have a complete picture. These are not disadvantages, just features that should be taken into account:
1) Photos and reality have differences, so I am attaching a couple of my photos.
2) The shower does not have endless warm water, and there is also no curtain and the drain goes towards the toilet, because of this, when you wash the entire floor in the bathroom is wet.
3) The door was photographed from the inside, as you can see there are no mechanical devices for locking (like a chain), only electronic locking and no peephole, in general it is fine for me, but for girls traveling alone or in small groups this usually matters, although in general Vietnam is a safe country :)
4) In our room there were 2 windows and 1 door to the balcony, in both windows there was a blank wall opposite, my wife found this somewhat uncomfortable, but the balcony was normal.
We spent a wonderful weekend in this hotel, and did not regret choosing it.
GGuest UserLaundry is too expensive
I asked for it as soon as I checked in, but the staff forgot.
When I came back at night, he said no, but then said it was urgent.
The employee who works at night did it for me, but it was expensive in Vietnam.
It comes out to close to 40,000 won. .
TTrinh Phuong NgocThe hotel is small, cheap, the location is also ok, but the only power socket is not available, 1 room with 4 cases can only use the socket plugging in the cabinet, I travel for a few days so I am afraid to complain
AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is very close to the 108 hospital, the room equipment is generally the same, there is no special impression. When booking a room, I saw that the parking lot was free, but I arranged on-street parking at the hotel.
TThi NgaVery clean and tidy hotel

Friendly and attentive service
Equipment matches the actual quality
Thank you
See you next trip
GGuest UserConsistent with the video display, the room is clean and tidy, the layout is warm, what you see is what you get. Stayed very at ease during a business trip.
