They recognize themselves as Hotel but its not , this is more like a homestay provider with unfriendly attitude (specifically young lady manager) and definately not professional hospitality service (all staff and managers are family member living there or what else … not really sure).
At the day we checkout, they check out for such a 15 minutes and blaming us for the cause of flaws on pillow cover (dirt, paint… not sure) which we absolutely cannot make it as the flaw stays not at the side that our head lay up on! And no food or drink we brought up on bed also. This kind of the trick of them to charge more on us because we dont do booking directly via owner (Young lady here keep telling us to book the room with their own to gain better offer).
Never comeback , super poor experince!
It was great to stay. Infront of the apartment, there is big shopping mall. And apartment is big and comfortable and feel safe. AC works good and nice speed wi-fi, the room condition was good. One use products are ready, toilet paper, one use tooth brush and paste. Host is very kind and contact also very fast. If you booked and hard to find the accurate address, contact to host. I think next time, I will stay here more. Xin Cám ón.
Booked for 2 night stay. Checked-in almost at midnight hour. Hotel staff was quick to unload and carry up my luggage. The check-in process was smooth and fast.
The size of the room booked was 25sqm. A very good size. King size bed. Mattress was a bit hard. Large bathroom but water pressure was a bit low with water heater turned on.
Breakfast selection was good. Had breakfast for only one morning.
Did not make up of the rest of the facilities such as swimming pool and sauna.

You can come and experience it. The CP value is high and it is very convenient. There are many room types. It depends on your personal needs. The staff at the counter are very friendly. It is very convenient to eat around. Come and experience it.
Super large space! It's really a super light-transmitting balcony!
The bed is soft and comfortable, the Samsung TV with mobile phone is awesome, the kitchenware is complete and long-term guests are welcome to cook. The bathroom is a little small and the hot water is not hot. The toilet paper can be replenished.
The overall experience at this hotel was great. The staff are all friendly. Huong, the receptionist was amazing and very helpful. I do recommend getting a room with a balcony as other rooms don't have any natural light. The location is good as it is close to a lot of things. Thank you!
The house is still relatively clean. The front desk staff is also very welcoming. It is not very far from scenic spots such as Hoan Kiem Lake. Still worth recommending. It’s breakfast to go to another chain store to eat, walk for 10 minutes. When it’s an exercise bar 😂
Very nice view, room is good and clean, far from main road not too much noise.
Staff Nhi and A was being very friendly helpful. Will definitely visit again
First time here. Lots of entertainment, very close to Les Miserables Street. Please note that you need to contact the landlord to know your whereabouts. Due to the large area, you need to contact as soon as possible to know that the building is occupied. Will come back next time. Feel very satisfied with this area.

GGuest UserVery satisfied ~ This trip to Hanoi, Vietnam was a great experience, and this hotel added a lot of points. Before booking, I saw a comment saying that this hotel is dedicated to Japanese people, so the hygiene is very good. Seeing this, I decisively placed an order. When I arrived at the hotel, I found it was really very clean. Although the decoration style is very ordinary, every place is clean and tidy, which really makes people feel very comfortable. The service attitude of the boss and the boss's wife is also very good. Although they don't speak English, you can feel their enthusiasm. I stayed for three nights, and the breakfast every day was different. It was a bit like Japanese set meal, and it was quite delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.
GGuest UserThe room was a little small but clean and the bathroom was a good size and also had a bathtub which was nice because I prefer baths. The only strange thing was that due to Tet Holliday they locked the front door with a bike lock from 12-6 and we wanted to go outside to smoke a cigarette. Thankfully he did let us out and we felt really bad because he was sleeping behind the desk. I think due to the Holliday the hotel was short staffed.
PPetrI stayed at this hotel for the weekend with my wife.
The staff was polite and friendly, the bed and room were clean, it was clear that the renovation was recent, and the location was just excellent, overall I liked everything.
But still, there are a couple of points that require their voice, so that future guests have a complete picture. These are not disadvantages, just features that should be taken into account:
1) Photos and reality have differences, so I am attaching a couple of my photos.
2) The shower does not have endless warm water, and there is also no curtain and the drain goes towards the toilet, because of this, when you wash the entire floor in the bathroom is wet.
3) The door was photographed from the inside, as you can see there are no mechanical devices for locking (like a chain), only electronic locking and no peephole, in general it is fine for me, but for girls traveling alone or in small groups this usually matters, although in general Vietnam is a safe country :)
4) In our room there were 2 windows and 1 door to the balcony, in both windows there was a blank wall opposite, my wife found this somewhat uncomfortable, but the balcony was normal.
We spent a wonderful weekend in this hotel, and did not regret choosing it.
GGuest UserLaundry is too expensive
I asked for it as soon as I checked in, but the staff forgot.
When I came back at night, he said no, but then said it was urgent.
The employee who works at night did it for me, but it was expensive in Vietnam.
It comes out to close to 40,000 won. .
TTrinh Phuong NgocThe hotel is small, cheap, the location is also ok, but the only power socket is not available, 1 room with 4 cases can only use the socket plugging in the cabinet, I travel for a few days so I am afraid to complain
AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is very close to the 108 hospital, the room equipment is generally the same, there is no special impression. When booking a room, I saw that the parking lot was free, but I arranged on-street parking at the hotel.
TThi NgaVery clean and tidy hotel
