I had a great stay at this apartment. The place was clean, cozy, and just as described in the listing. It had all the basic amenities I needed, including a comfortable bed, a well-equipped kitchen, and reliable Wi-Fi. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout my stay. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transportation nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice stay in the area.

The front desk staff of the hotel is friendly and can communicate in English. If you need any service, you can directly tell the staff. The room number 101 we stayed in this time is spacious, elegant and clean. There is a simple kitchen inside, and a washing machine and dryer are provided. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas. And when the door is closed, it is completely isolated from the outside noise and very quiet. The breakfast is buffet style, and there is also rice noodles that can be ordered separately, which is very delicious. Thank you very much to the hotel staff for providing a good accommodation environment for my husband and me

The room is beautiful, clean, fully equipped, nothing is missing, nothing to complain about, if I have the chance I will come back here again.

Very clean and nice hotel. If the door is more sound proof, that would have been even better. Breakfast was good too. Will definitely be back here if i am in Hanoi again. Thank you for a wonderful stay at the hotel. We stayed in two-room apartments. It was very clean and cozy, with everything you need and even more than in more expensive hotels. The staff was very friendly and helpful with all our questions. If we ever return to Hanoi, we'll definitely come back. Hot water is available everywhere, and the air conditioning works great. The lake is right outside the windows, and there are various cafes nearby. If you have any questions, please contact the staff, and they will be happy to help you with any questions you may have.

This hotel was nice. The location bit far from the tourist attraction that maybe need to consider to book in future. The hotel is not a muslim friendly. The staff also does not about halal. When we confirmed if they do not cook pork, they said yes, they do not cook pork and We order noodle and chicken soup on the first day without knowing they also cook pork in this hotel. We just realized the hotel also cook pork on the next day, when they have pork food in their menu. We ended up only eat salad for the rest of our staying in this hotel for our breakfast.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, close to Hoan Kiem Lake and a local bus stop that offers direct service to the airport. Right outside, you'll find a local restaurant serving delicious Bun Bo Hue and Bun Cha. For shopping, it's conveniently connected to both Lotte Mall and Lotte Mart. I made full use of the rooftop pool until it closed, and it was absolutely fantastic – I had a truly wonderful time.

The place is more designed for a longer term stay in Hanoi, a building with apartment studios with kitchen and rooms for an affordable price, and with a decent location to stretch between the airport (25 min taxi). As such, check-in and check-out procedures were different from standard hotels, but the owner communicated well to accommodate with the procedures. Unfortunately, the lake view was obstructed by an ongoing construction of an unrelated neighboring premise, and they did run construction in the middle of a night. General cleanliness was acceptable to my group, but I did notice a very few spots where improvements can be made. I would be willing to stay again for its affordability and access to the lake and airport.

This hotel was absolutely unreal. From the moment we arrived, we were approached with polite and kind attitudes not the staff, offered a medicinal tea during our wait and patiently assisted in locating am ATM to retrieve cash for a deposit. Every instance of our arrival and departure from the hotel for our day to day activities followed by polite greetings from the front desk staff. The view was beautiful, and the service apartment came supplied with several household objects including cooking pots, pans, and utensils. It was also equipped with a microwave which was very convenient. The location which just a 15-20 minute drive from Old Quarter, and still convenient enough for exploring by walking. There were several authentic shops and restaurants nearby which made for easy access to great meals and snacks during daily activities. I would highly recommend a stay with this hotel.
