I had a fantastic stay at Intercontinental Hanoi Landmark72 with my partner. The hotel exceeded our expectations with its impeccable cleanliness and luxurious ambiance. The staff and concierge were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We loved the excellent amenities, including the nice food. The food options were outstanding, offering a great variety of delicious choices. It was a perfect getaway for us, and we highly recommend it for a romantic and seamless stay in Hanoi!
First trip to hanoi! Overall stay was pleasant except for 2 things
1. the housekeeping person did not perform cleaning and check where I was almost charged for missing teaspoon in the room.
It was rather unpleasant after all on my last day of check out.
2. My first breakfast was horrifying as there were a lot fruit flies sticking by the bread jams and fruits.
Lastly took condition was good and view was pleasant
Friendly and good here ... Cheong .... Good ..... A .... Yo ..... Chu ... Chu ..... Chu .... Chu

The neighborhood is located in the heart of Hanoi, making it convenient for shopping and dining. I was lucky enough to catch the National Day parade, which I could clearly see from upstairs. So happy!
I wish there were mosquito traps; my child got bitten several times. The accommodation was excellent.
Haidilao in the mall is open until 3 a.m., which is awesome!
The room is spacious. Maybe due to negligence, the female waste in the bathroom was not handled, which was disgusting. The park is large, the environment is beautiful, and it is quiet in a busy place. It is a hotel with a solid foundation and large infrastructure. Due to the age and poor maintenance, some doors and windows, entrance doors, and guest room doors cannot be closed, and the wooden frames of public seats have fallen off. What's worse is that the hot water can only be used for about 10 minutes. I reported it on the first day I arrived at the hotel, and it was not resolved on the third day I left the hotel, so I couldn't take a bath. The indoor swimming pool is super large, far better than JW.
I always go to this hotel when I go to Hanoi on business. The environment is OK. The location is a bit remote, but you can find restaurants, shopping malls and banks nearby on foot, and it is close to clients.
Stay 2 nights. Receiptionists are really good and friendly. My credit failed because of my daily limit not enough. They didn’t charge me any deposit. Really helpful! But one thing I don’t like was they didn’t tidy up my room in second day. I don’t know why, because second day I left early and arrived in hotel around 8pm. Room was not clean up so I have to use the used towels again. This let me feel down. Need to improve for cleaning!
Hotel chosen for family trip with elementary school men and women
First of all, I was able to contact the host well and trusted with a quick and friendly answer.
The hostel arrived was tidy and a family of four was enough to stay
There are Korean marts, local marts and massage shops under the building, and everything you need, including Highland Starbucks.
It was great location because it was Miding Koreatown across a big car road.
Although it's a little far away from the city, the host, dormitory, location and surrounding environment are very satisfied. I will choose this place without hesitation for my next trip. It's really recommended
The apartment is clean, quiet, and spacious, with a beautiful view. It’s surrounded by plenty of amenities and is conveniently located for travel and daily needs. The host is friendly, polite, and always offers attentive support. This was truly a wonderful stay, and I will definitely return on my future trips

GGuest UserThe host is very kind.
I booked a lake view, but...there was no lake view,
so they upgraded my room,
and they also provided a light checkout,
and I was very satisfied with the check-in method, etc., and I plan to use it again next time.
GGuest UserI stayed six nights this time.
I always stayed comfortably, cleaning and breakfast are very good.
Close to Korean town miding, it is also good to move around.
GGuest UserThe floor was clean, and I didn’t need to wear slippers. No dust or weird smells. The air felt fresh and comfortable. I liked that the room was cleaned daily without needing to ask. The trash was emptied and towels were replaced. It felt consistent and reliable.
CChris_LYHThe location is in the middle of Korea Street, all can be exchanged in Korean.
Surrounded by Korean food, there are also some Vietnamese rice noodles and cafes, which are quite convenient.
Because the room is smoking, the smell of smoke is still some, similar to the domestic budget hotel, enough, health is not bad.
성성민Cheap but a bit uncomfortable. Elbe is from the second floor and the refrigerator didn't work.
It seems to be okay if you take a little inconvenience at a low price.
布布萊德的體驗The location of the map is different from the actual situation. If you want to experience the accommodation in Vinhome, you can try it, but the whole hardware equipment is full of Yangchun and a little advertising is not true, you can't see the lake view, the only advantage may be that it is relatively cheap. Vietnamese hotels are not expensive. Not very recommended for this kind of homestay
GGuest UserI was unaffordable and unchanged.
The staff are friendly and enthusiastic
The shower room is a bit small is a disadvantage
It's not that uncomfortable.
