I arrived really late due to a delay , the reception communicated throughout and arranged my pick up. When I arrived the receptionist was lovely, friendly and helpful . I was quite sad the same receptionist wasn’t there in the morning . Room was very nice , clean with all the amenities . It’s a good place if you need quick access to the airport , otherwise there isn’t so much around . I will stay there again on my return trip back to the airport .
The service was very good and you felt right at home. In the morning, each person received a bowl of chicken noodle for RMB 50,000. We also received a lot of fruits, coffee and milk. Our children were given red envelopes when checking out. really good.
A good hotel for transit. We arrived late at night, the reception was open, they immediately offered to order a taxi for the morning. It was very convenient, because they couldn't call one from the airport for a long time. The room is quite clean, the plumbing works, the view is on the wall of the neighboring house, but for one night - not essential. The air conditioner blew strongly, it is difficult to regulate, or we did not figure it out. In general, everything is good. In the morning they fed us scrambled eggs with coffee. Thank you.

Booked this hotel for ease of travel back to ho chi minh city after spending time in the north...Hotel is great , staff very helpful and made us feel welcome..Even at 11am on day we leave I confused time for breakfast but they still organise for us..Thanks heaps guys and will return in the future to stay here when stopover or returning to Saigon 😁👍🏻
From my perspective, I should probably just say that the experience was good overall, and perhaps I don't need to delve into the inner workings of the hotel staff. I was pleased to negotiate the tour price and receive such a satisfying, all-around experience. However, perhaps I'm mistaken, but there seemed to be a hierarchical relationship between the taxi driver who took me to the airport and the female staff member (guide). We managed to save 150,000 VND through negotiation, and I'm not sure how much influence the taxi driver had over the hotel, but when I asked for a bottle of water to hydrate while waiting at the airport, I couldn't believe my ears when he offered me 100,000 VND. The taxi ride to the airport was 90,000 VND. Is it possible that a bottle of mineral water costs more than the taxi fare? It almost felt like they were trying to get their money back after negotiating. I also speculated that the guide was expecting a tip in return for the all-around service. For some reason, the guide seemed teary-eyed. I didn't force them to lower the tour price, and the staff and guide were kind enough to agree, but the taxi company that displayed GBD in green letters on my smartphone was pushy. However, since the hotel recommended it, I had no choice but to take it, so I did. At first, I thought the husband of the tour guide would be the driver and would be happy to take me there, but the driver changed and the air quality in the hotel was bad, which concerned me.
Also, there were two fire ants on the bed, so I removed them. I didn't mention this to the staff member, but they fixed the air conditioner when it wouldn't work, and they provided some when there was no toilet paper. These are things I would like them to do without being asked, but I think the female staff member was nice.
We came in late evening from Siem Reap and had to go to the airport for our connection first thing in the morning. I didn't want or need to go back into Hanoi, we just needed a clean quiet place to sleep. Had heard of these airport hotels and wanted to try it for fun. The Owners were very kind. It had 3 super twin beds and air conditioning. The room was absolutely spotless. They offered beers for sale for $.80. We got a great nights sleep. I the morning they served toast and a fried egg, bananas and coffee. Just fine for our needs and only $26. per night!!
The hotel is only a 10-minute drive from Hanoi International Airport. The atmosphere here is quiet, which I really like, unlike restaurants in the city where when you walk out of the entrance you are greeted by busy streets. This kind of hotel is suitable for almost all types of travelers, except for the elderly who cannot use stairs and those who don't mind the cost of transportation to and from the city, so it is very suitable for travelers traveling in groups after all, they can share the transportation cost. The moment I entered the reception area I felt comfortable with the white walls and the staircase to the right, which is usually seen in houses. The room was clean and the bathroom was big enough for 3 people. The receptionist was also very nice, although he didn't speak English, he was using a translation app which made conversations with his guests easy. I had a healthy breakfast of toast with butter and eggs, two fruits on the plate which was a bit too much for me, and a hot cup of coffee 😋. The owner was also very helpful and offered to give me a ride to and from the city for a reasonable fee, which I knew very well because I also checked the service fee on the ride app.
The hotel is very close to the airport, which is convenient. We checked in around midnight (00:00) and the process was smooth. The reception area looked empty and just okay.
Our room was very clean, but unfortunately, it had a strong smell of cigarettes even though it was clearly marked as non-smoking, which was disappointing.
Breakfast was average but acceptable. Overall, it was a reasonable place to stay for one night near the airport, though the cigarette smell in the room needs to be addressed.
Grand Dragon Noi Bai Hotel is a great choice for travelers needing a stay near Hanoi’s airport. The rooms are **spacious, clean, and modern**, with comfortable beds and a quiet atmosphere. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the **free airport transfer** is a big plus for transit passengers. There’s a restaurant next to the lobby, making meals convenient. Overall, it’s **excellent value for money** and perfect for a quick stopover or early flight
Room expressly big within this price range. Brand new in all aspects. Worth more than price paid. Will definitely stay here again on next visit.

Great
GGuest UserMy stay here was absolutely fantastic, and I have to give a special shout-out to Fiona at the front desk! She was incredibly efficient and friendly during check-in, always greeting me with a warm smile that made me feel instantly comfortable. Fiona truly acted like a thoughtful personal concierge, proactively asking if I needed airport transfer, helping me book a suitable time, and even double-checking all the details. The room she arranged for me was also fantastic – spacious, clean, with great natural light, and complimentary beverages were provided. Every detail was meticulously looked after, from reminding me of the Wi-Fi password to explaining how to use the various amenities. This level of attentive service truly made a difference; all the exhaustion from my journey melted away thanks to her thoughtfulness. Fiona absolutely deserves a perfect score!
KKate UralThe place is nice and located close to the airport. Friendly staff, but you have to use a translator to communicate. Bed sheets are very clean and smells good.
😭 regardless on it, I had a misunderstanding with a receptionist lady and she asked to pay CASH for my ALREADY booked and payed room. Also she didn’t provide an invoice.
WWojiushibuyiyangdeshuaigeFacilities: OK OK OK OK OK OK🤣🤣
Hygiene: Good, clean, clean, clean, clean😃😃
Environment: OK OK OK OK OK OK🥰🥰
Service: Good, airport pick-up service is provided, but it is at your own expense😛😛
GGuest UserService is ok, the landscape is also chill, there is a swimming pool, but I go boating with a bath in the pool, I am allergic not due to the lake water or swimming pool water, but in general it is ok, cheap, good service quality, worth trying.
GGuest UserThe TV didn't work. Other than that, it was an excellent room with nothing to complain about. The area around the hotel was quite dangerous, but the restaurant seemed very peaceful, even though the owner and guests seemed very unsafe. I went to a nearby store to buy some shochu, but the staff told me about another store, but it was closed. The staff opened some shochu from home, put it in a bottle, and shared it with me.
GGuest UserThe hotel is very clean, the people working there are super friendly and help with suitcases. Near the airport, taxis arrive in 5 minutes. I recommend it.
ННюргуяна 911The hotel was chosen for the price and proximity to the airport. We were written in advance by mail, we were answered. We arrived early in the morning after the night flight and waited for the room to prepare, as instead of a two-bedroom room we were waiting for two rooms with one bed(
Cheap angry shorter, the shelves just stand, the water is streaming on the floor with it(, not connected to the sewerage. Laid the bag on the floor, in the morning drove small insects from it(
There are cafes nearby, very dirty, prices are more expensive than in Danang,
GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the airport, suitable for friends flying early. In addition, the owner is very good. In the morning, we were late for the car we called by grab. The owner was very enthusiastic. He called for a taxi and told us the price. .
