The room is very comfy, and the WiFi is good. The owners are always ready to help, and they offer laundry service. The only problem is that they don’t have lift, and we stayed in the 5th floor. There are a lot of restaurants and coffee shops in the neighborhood.

This hotel is situated in the heart of Ha Noi. Close to the lake and the old city, it is the perfect location to walk everywhere and enjoy the amazing atmosphere of Ha Noi. The hotel room itself was spacious (small bathroom) and we were pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t too noisy. The friendly staff were extremely helpful. We would absolutely stay there again. We didn’t eat breakfast there and chose to explore the vast array of cafes close by. Train street, restaurants, the lake, sky bars. It is all there!

This is the first time staying here and I would come back to stay here again due to their service. The hotel location is not very far from the old town and other attractions and also has eateries near the hotel. The room is clean with full amenities. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The price is very good and the location is extremely convenient, it is located near the Hoan Kiem Lake and Train Coffee , easy to go to other places in the city.

Wonderful staff, clean and nice rooms, right in the center of everything: plenty of restaurants, shops, close walk to everywhere and everything. Tensecond walk to Hanoi cathedral or St. Joseph’s Cathedral .

Everything ok, except..when i go this hotel, i see google map. I can't find the adress. And i say to staff at my hotel to help me. He write the adress, saw the map its separatly like to the hotel. We go by bus from old quarter, at arrive at the bus station 22.30 pm. We walk as a street show. And actually its wrong. We stop in front office and the bus driver help us to call taxi. And its 30 mnt from our place. We are so afraid coz its so night n' no body's. I think the owner must be do something note to people about the adress. The staff, only 1 for service. N' the breakfast not like i want. Its just 5 mnt from airport.

Nice apartment to stay in. Full amenities and good for long term living. Check in was easy. Guy at the front desk was friendly enough but didn't speak much English. Location is quite far from old quarter. Bike about 20 minutes away. Nearest K circle about 8 mins walk away. Not much food shops around. Japanese town is about 10mins walk away.

We only stayed for one night before our flight in the morning. At first, we were a bit worried because the building looked very old from the outside. However they have another building behind the old one as an extension. We stayed in the extension building which was quite new and clean. The room we stayed was not close to the roadside so it was pleasant without much noise. I would recommend it to those who have an early flight in the morning or very late arrival in Hanoi as it is only a few minutes away from the airport. Be sure to book the rooms in the new building. Also, it is best to take a taxi or a Grab to get there from the airport and vise versa because there is no sidewalk for pedestrians. Also the walk is quite far from the domestic terminal.

Nice but small hotel. Situated about 20 minutes from the old quarter. There are a lot of restaurants close by and even a convenient store. The price includes breakfast and was very reasonable. Breakfast was buffet style and was good. Rooms are cleaned everyday. Front desk receptions were very nice and friendly. They spoke good amount of English. Check in was fast and easy. The hotel has a small gym and also a laundry service. My room ac didn’t feel cool enough but I was able to survive through it. And they allowed me an extra room key so I could keep it on when I leave the room. The small hallways were extremely hot. I think the hotel should get newer towels. The ones in my room were old and some looked soiled. But overall not a bad hotel and away from the noisy city.

I specially chose a room near the airport so that I could see the planes easily. There are many windows, and the room has plenty of light. The room is cleaner than a domestic five-star hotel. Vietnamese people like to take off their shoes when entering the room, so the room is very clean. Although it is close to the airport, it is not very noisy with the windows closed, and there are almost no planes in the middle of the night. 8. There is a Chinese restaurant on the top floor. There are Chinese chefs and authentic Chinese food. I have traveled abroad many times. Only the Chinese restaurant here did not disappoint me. The taste is similar to that at home. Sichuan and Hunan cuisine are both good. You can also book special supplies in advance. 9. When you come to Vietnam, you can’t miss the special breakfast. There is a local beef noodle restaurant near the main road, which is served with fried lean meat dumplings. It is very delicious and can be compared with our Teochew beef rice noodles.
