The hotel is basically new, everything is beautifully clean, the rooms even though are the basic are really spacious and with all the amenities , the breakfast is decent with local food, the terrace is a nice place to hang out and relax, the people in the front desk are really nice and able to help you always, great option to stay in Hanoi

Hotel de Lagom is a new hotel, hence all of their amenities are very new and in superb condition. The location is perfect as it is located right in the heart of city center and not so much of a far walk to the happening old quarter. All of the staffs are friendly, hospitable and professional. We love their recommendation hand-outs where you will be able to find all food options (Michelin included), bar spots and tourist attractions. The staffs (Christine and Julia) are also very responsive and accommodating to all my requests and questions via phone chats. We were lucky enough to receive the free upgrade to Executive Suite. The room was super clean, spacious and modernly designed. Their gym is clean and equipped with clean and new machines and dumbbells. We did not have enough time to try out their swimming pool on the rooftop but it looks amazing as well. Right across the street is also a popular cafe, which is perfect for coffee lovers. All in all, we had a great experience staying at Hotel de lagom. Highly recommended for anyone who is considering a new, nice and clean stay at Hanoi. We will consider staying here again in our next trip to Hanoi and would recommend this place to our friends!

REY Hotel is an impressive place to stay, surrounded by lush greenery and nature, creating a cozy and relaxing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The decor is beautiful and warm. The front desk staff are friendly, provide excellent service, and speak English fluently. The rooms are exceptionally clean, and the bed is so soft and comfortable that you might not want to get up. The breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of both local and international options. The hotel provides its own parking area, which makes loading luggage stress-free. The location is excellent, with many tourist attractions within walking distance. Since it's close to government offices, the area is quite peaceful, making it a perfect spot for a truly restful stay. Double booked us, was passed around to two separate hotels. Not a great start but they upgraded us and the breakfast was nice. Hope they reevaluate their booking sector as that wasn't a pleasant start to our stay.

Great stay at Le Jardin Hotel and spa. I booked the sky executive suite for my stay in Hanoi and room is spacious. Service staff also friendly and helpful to provide recommendations around the area. Did spa and my nails at the hotel too. Additionally, celebrated a birthday at khue restaurant which is located at the 12th floor of the hotel. Service staff made special efforts for the decor that night and also gave us a complimentary cake.

It’s a small boutique hotel but everything that we need are there. The staff is also very friendly and recommended few good restaurants nearby. Our room is comfortable and breakfast is great too, overall is a good stay and worth for money.

Stayed for three nights, great location right at the edge of the old town. Alot of major attractions are in walkable distance. Super friendly and helpful staff, can't praise them enough. You can book tours to other destinantions (Halong Bay / Ninh Binh) through the hotel, the bus will pick you up and drop you off right at the hotel. The hotel can also arrange Taxis from/to the airport for a fair price. The room itself was just as advertised, spotlessly clean, comfy bed and bouncy pillows. Lots of amenities included. Loved the breakfast options, a wide variety of different cold and warm dishes and fresh fruits, you can also order Omlettes and really tasty Pho. Reall enjoyed my stay, mostly thanks to the amazing staff who care about details and are so helpful. Would have loved to stay longer, will definetly stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi. 10/10 would recommend!

To be honest, the disadvantages are that the bed is hard and the pillow is too high; you can see the West Lake, the scenery is better than in the ancient street, the room is large, the overall feeling is good but not amazing
