The toilet are in the open and shared with the males. I wouldn’t recommend but the staff are kind and friendly. Got weird uncle walking around outside, i don’t know if he’s local or tourist. Stay at your own risk.

Our overall stay was good. the rooms are clean and tidy. the staffs were so nice and kind. they accomodate us early in the morning when we arrived from sapa. they even offer to book a car to send us to airport on the last day. I think its safe to say that Viets are nice people. the location is a walking distance from the old quarter which is good for people who like a more peaceful envioment. I can recommend this hotel to my friends.

It is home stay but also provides full privacy and big rooms. We loved our stay especially home cooked breakfast. Location is near train street.

It's a good place to stay quietly and not too close to tourist attractions. The facilities and cleanliness were the best among the places I've been to in this price range. There are construction materials at the beginning of the alley, but it wasn't noisy. The air conditioner works well and the hot water comes out well. I recommend a room with a terrace. There is a personal washing machine.

The bed was large and very comfortable to sleep on, but the sheets, pillowcases, and bath towels all had black marks that looked like they had been stepped on. We booked 4 rooms for 12/31. When we arrived at the hotel at 9pm, the receptionist told us that there were no rooms. Although the receptionist helped us temporarily book a nearby hotel, the temporary hotel room was very poor and one of the beds was dented. It took almost two hours to change hotels. It is recommended that if you arrive very late on the first day and it is a holiday, it is best to call and confirm first to avoid being in a bad mood on the first day and ruining your travel plans.

I am in love with this hotel) nice, clean (clean every day), excellent service. located in very nice place, 10-15 min to Old Quarter, but not so noisy, and not so much peopke. Wifi was ok, hot water was every time i used a bathroom, in the room bathtube, bathrobes, kettle, complimentary water, fridge, although be ready that it switches off when you take out tge hotel card. But if you need keep smth for breakfast - perfect. Amazing balcony, big and beautiful, nice for enjoying your morning coffee, next to hotel a lot of cosy caffee, and convinient store.

The room was spacious enough, had a window, and was bright, with no noise or insects, and although it was reasonably priced, I was glad I was able to spend my time there without any trouble! The water pressure in the shower and the wind pressure in the hair dryer were strong! However, the cleaning was not done properly in some places, the air conditioner was covered with tissue paper (although it was still operational), the indirect lighting was broken, the amenity case seemed to have been left unattended, and one of the pillowcases had not been washed. I felt like it wasn't done... There was also no soundproofing, so I was concerned about the noise of other guests' activities and the baby's cries at night. However, the basic facilities were good and I didn't feel any inconvenience, so I can highly recommend this hotel to travelers who want to keep their stay within this price range!

The service in the hotel is good, and the guys are very friendly and helpful. I booked the Seaview, but there was no Seaview, you should keep that in mind.

Location was ok there are lots of buses around but pretty far from the metro you need to walk at least 10 minutes to metro. Cleanliness was ok but main thing that was lacking was facilities. The gym closes at 9 and its very bare. They need to update the gym or just get rid of it.
