Good Points -Customer Service from front counter are superb with friendly communication -Chambermaids are pleasant and well verse on their job - Good facilities with swimming pool, gym room, table tennis, pool table -Fully equip like hardware cutleries, washing machine, hair dryer & toiletries -Negative Points -Shower water pressure low with inconsistent cold & hot -Dressing table alignment need to rectify properly with using strong metal support L-shape below as to prevent leg injury to any staying guests as shown on picture. anytime the wood base might drop and injure in-house guest legs

Fantastic service in a beautiful hotel. Wonderful location just next to the scenic lake. Room is sufficiently spacious for single business travel. Not sure if the amenities is good as was not able to use them.

This hotel is good and staff also kind but breakfast system not good. If you food lover then never select this hotel. Because there is not buffet system.

The hotel was stunning and the staff were overly friendly. The room was clean and best bed/mattress ever!!! A little disapointed as we had booked the Chic Deluxe Room which on the site shows there is a window with a view and a beautiful bathtub, however we got a room that had no bathtub and the window was just pretend with the view of the side of the building. When we checked in and realised it was too late and not worth mentioning as we were only there one night. Other than that, couldnt fault the hotel

Truth be told, I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Vacanza Premier Hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The room was spotless, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. I also loved the simple morning breakfast and baggage storage services, which really enhanced the experience. The location was perfect close to cafes, restaurants, shops and train street making it easy to explore the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing, enjoyable stay. It was my first time traveling to Vietnam. There were many things I was not used to. The most gratifying thing was that I stayed at Capella. The theme concept runs through every detail. Good design is pleasing to the eye. It was also nice to be in a daze in the hotel every day. It was indeed a bit noisy, but the service and design made me turn a blind eye.

It's a super convenient hotel if you want to go many historical and cultural places and also many places to go out, eat and have coffee or drinks. Hotel is clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I was in the second floor and the noise was too much from the lobby (first floor) they should be more quiet and pay attention about it. I didn't complain because it was only one night but if I stay longer it will be an issue. Anyway, nice experience in this hotel. Lovely people

Location was good, service was pleasant and fast. Room was overall clean and pleasant smelling when first checked-in. Now on the bad - ants slowly started to appear after my first night of stay in the room and toilet. Booked a family room and was indicated it had a courtyard view. But in actual fact, it was the last room on the inner side of the hotel with view of a wall from a tiny window. I didn’t bother drawing the blinds up. There are two fake windows as well. But being at the back of the hotel, it is a quiet room away from the street traffic if that’s what you value. Breakfast was below average - pho wasn’t good for a place where pho originates. Hotel was great in offering packet breakfast for my early flight. However don’t hold high expectations as they are just enough to not go hungry - was interesting how one packet had jam and butter, one packet had only butter, and one packet had nothing for the bread. When checking out, the front desk insisted on me completing my review right there and then with a 10/10 rating and to include his name in the review before I could leave. I have never encountered such insistent request and I believe it might have to do with being rewarded by the hotel management for being named in good reviews? Totally understand it might not be the front desk’s fault if they are following instructions but such insistent requests are a major turn off, especially in the wee hours when I have to catch my flight. Out my 4 trips to Vietnam across the various cities, this is my least liked hotel. There are definitely better hotels in the vicinity at similar price point.

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights. The hotel is well decorated and clean which gave me a comfortable stay in there. What I impressed most are the services provided. We were served with welcome drinks and some vietnam sweets upon arrival. While we were briefed on the facilities and breakfast time by a staff, our luggage were sent to the room which was already in a good temperature when we got into the room. Fruits were prepared and placed on a table with a welcome card. We were also given vouchers for free cocktails on the roof top bar with a nice scenery of the lake. Further, the staff were very friendly and helpful on suggesting places to go and assisting in calling grabs to get around the area. Special thanks to Jennie who has been taking care of us during our stay. I do recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning a visit to Hanoi.

Affordable, safe quiet place, helpful and polite staff. Breakfast included. Hotel beside other hotels. Adjacent to the big old church and walking distance to lotus water puppet area , solo pagoda and ho hoan kiem lake and UNIQLO shop. . Many food area nearby. Good place to stay. Recommended.
