Harbin Hotels with Bars

This hotel is ideally located in the centre of the city, near to all the main shops and restaurants. You can also walk to St Sophia's cathedral. This place has a lot of charm and character! TV didn't seem to have any movies or anything beyond the regular channels but it was nice and comfortable. The set breakfast was ample and tasted good - it looks as if they have abandoned the buffet style. Staff cannot speak much if any English but I can speak enough Chinese and they were friendly. Overall it is clean and worth it for the price.

First time travelling to Harbin, the service here went above and beyond. Every time we returned to the room, our bed was made and our clothes were freshly laundered. The hotel couldn't possibly have a better location, right in the heart of Harbin's walking street. The staff were pleasant and attentive, always greeting us in the morning. The breakfast at the restaurant was nice, not very western, but it was nice nonetheless.

A renowned international hotel, everything is superb but the room price in northeast area seems extremely High. I had some issue with my prebooked hotel Haute, so I decided to stay with Ritz to ease my tension. Upon check-in at Ritz, the reception asked me what time is good for cleaning the room, even though I replied 10am, i did not expect they knocked my door right on the clock, this gave me the pressure I have to leave my room for them. Maybe not enough customers in the hotel? Also hotel staff sent me 4 cans of soft drink one evening?? I would be much happy if they could give me a bottle of Kvass, anything belongs to Harbin.

The hotel is at a prime location, within walking distance from Zhongyang Street. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful as well. There are light bites and different beverages at the lobby for the guests. Room is very clean and comfortable.

We had a lovely stay at Xana, staff do not speak English but it was not an issue at all, they were very helpful and took good care of us and our needs, while using a translation app to talk to each other. The room was not that large but functional and clean, bed is comfy, bathroom and toilet were clean and there was a free afternoon tea at the lobby with delish cookies and fruits. The location is top notch, right in front of Zhaolin park and just 1 mn walk to the commercial Zhongyang street and just 5 mn away from Songhua river, park. If you use DIDI TRAVEL on the Alipay app, the location of this hotel should be spelled as ”Xi'an Deluxe Hotel..” Overall, it was a lovely experience for us staying at Xana and would recommend to our friends if they travel to Harbin

Jenny is courteous, kind and helpful. She is also friendly and chatted with us during breakfast. Not only does she served us homemade in-house yogurt, she gave tips on how to travel around Harbin. The best thing was she remembered us from the previous day! It was a very good experience. Room wise: bed was by far the most comfortable we’ve had throughout our whole trip. They provided us with different pillow hardness for us to rotate on. Hotel Amenities: well rounded with free washer and dryer + drying rack to use in the room. Humidifiers are provided in the room which helped with the dry air in Harbin. Hotel staff: very nice, helpful and responsive. Had a choke toilet in one room and they are a call away to fix the issue. Took them just 5 mins to response after the call was made. They even helped to change the room the next day morning when requested. Location: very convenient and easy to take a car. Definitely worth the stay and I recommend this place to others.

The room was nice, clean and tidy. The front desk service was also very considerate, but there are two points that need to be corrected. First, the security guard at the door did not come to help me take the backpack, suitcase, and several pockets when I checked in and out. Second, I ordered a fruit platter last night, and I found a black thing on the cantaloupe. I don't know if it was a mosquito or a fly! As for the rest, it was very good! I hope the above two situations will not happen next time I stay!

The room was in a palace style that I didn't quite understand. Due to the schedule, I checked in very late, but the front desk guy still served with a smile, which was super handsome. My impression of this hotel has increased dramatically. Although the breakfast is average, it is pretty good for this price. The overall impression is very good, and the location is also good.

Advantages: 1. Clean, quiet, very clean. It is the cleanest hotel I have ever met in the north. 2. The service is very good, with butler service, and the connection is efficient and fast. I arrived early in the morning and upgraded the room. The room smelled a bit, so I immediately changed it to a new one. 3. The layout and decoration of the room are very good, and the toilet and bathing space are separated, which is very special. 4. The breakfast is very special and I like the taste. The fruit and afternoon tea provided upon check-in are also good. Drinks and small cakes are also provided for supper. Disadvantages: 1. The transportation is average, far from the subway, and I basically rely on taxis to go out, but it is not far from Central Avenue and the railway station. 2. The entrance and lobby are very small, and it feels exquisite to the point of miniature. 3. Take-out is not delivered to the room.

The hotel is located in the northern suburbs of Harbin, far from the city. It takes 1 hour to get to Central Avenue by subway, and more than 1 hour by other means of transportation. The hotel is in the park, the environment is beautiful, there are few people, there is a barbecue restaurant inside, it is delicious, the escape room shop can relieve boredom, and there is a supermarket downstairs. But what is unreasonable is: if you drive here, you can only park your car outside. The hotel has no parking area. Because it is in the suburbs, it is very unsafe. Another unreasonable thing is that the entrance to the hotel is at the exit of the park, and takeaways cannot come in, but can only be delivered to the front desk. After going to the front desk to pick up the meal, the stubborn security guard would not let me enter through the red gate of the hotel, and I could only go around to the entrance of the park next to it. I picked up the takeaway on the 21st this morning. This stubborn security guard watched me enter the hotel, but did not let me enter through the red gate. I had to go around to the gate of the park next to it... Isn’t the red gate specially prepared for guests staying in the hotel? Isn’t the hotel a hotel in the park? It is reasonable to have the entrance outside. Shouldn’t there be a dedicated door to enter the park? It is unreasonable to have to push the luggage into the park... Five-star service can only be four stars because of this security guard.
