哈尔滨凯莱花园酒店 （红专街早市中央大街地铁站店）

It was my first time in Harbin. It was my first time to see ice and snow. There were a lot of delicious food and fun things to do. The accommodation was also very comfortable. The hotel owner enthusiastically told us about the unique places and food in Harbin. The owner also thoughtfully prepared cold medicine for us. I will come again if I have the chance in the future.

It was my first time in Harbin. The boss said we were lucky to have snow, but the weather was too cold. The hotel owner was very nice and a pleasure to chat with. He also recommended a lot of delicious food to us. I was quite satisfied with the stay. The house is an old building and I like the decoration style. I look forward to coming to this restaurant again next time I come to Harbin.

Stayed for two nights. Let me talk about the advantages first. The location is indeed excellent. The Hongzhuan morning market is right in front of the hotel. It takes ten minutes to walk to Central Street. Disadvantages: The room is very small! I booked a deluxe king-size bed room. Two people couldn't even spread out their suitcases. If they spread out, they couldn't walk. You can see the picture below. The hygiene is terrible! There is a smell of steamed buns as soon as you enter the room. I don't know if it's because the previous guest ate steamed buns in the room and the smell didn't go away or it was from the morning market downstairs. Because we felt there was a strange smell, we pulled open the mattress. There was a pile of used toilet paper under the mattress💩. When we went out early the next morning, we specifically told the front desk that the room needed to be cleaned. When we came back, we saw that the cleaning staff only cleaned the trash cans in the bathroom and the room, added a towel, and didn't even make the bed. When I left, the quilt was rolled up and it was still the same. They didn't even add a bottle of water😂 Speaking of water, it's even more outrageous! In general, I know that mineral water in hotels is unlimited, or it’s not too much to ask for four bottles a day. After all, the room rate is more than 500 yuan a day. On the first day of our stay, two bottles of water were not enough, so we asked to go to the front desk to ask for more (by the way, there is no phone in the room, you have to walk to the front desk). When we went out, we met the cleaning lady and she had some, so we asked for two bottles. The cleaning lady took them to the next room for us and said two bottles were 4 yuan, and asked us to scan them to her! This is really the most speechless thing in my life! This is the first time I’ve seen a cleaning lady selling water 😂
