一家三口經營的一家賓館，第一感覺是經濟實惠，價格非常便宜。店家是典型的東北人豪爽的性格，非常熱情周到，有回家的感覺。一進賓館，主家準備了東北凍梨讓客人吃，除夕晚上還包餃子招待客人，送梨湯飲料，非常有過年的氣氛。賓館離地鐵站五六百米，打車很方便。如果是家庭出遊，為了經濟實惠，感覺是較好的選擇。在哈爾濱玩得也很開心，感覺老工業基地的文化底藴還是很好的。為哈爾濱點贊！為店主點贊！

房間很不錯，老闆和阿姨都非常熱情，我們從上海出發去玩的。尤其是這裏的阿姨非常熱情，我們第一天到酒店就給我們備好了凍梨，有臟衣服阿姨也會幫忙用洗衣機清洗，總體體驗感非常不錯

房間隔音效果太差，隔壁睡覺呼嚕聲都聽得一清二楚彷彿就睡在身旁似的！洗漱間下水道水流聲也挺響的！洗衣房雖有但晾曬平台環境太差！吹風筒並不是房間標配需要到櫃枱問老闆拿！洗漱衞生間連排氣扇也沒有！

1.衞生間一直在滴水，聲音之大影響睡眠。2.窗邊的開關是壞的，關燈得走到門口（有錄視頻，但評價衹能上傳一個視頻，所以沒有發出來）。3.床頭的管道灰塵很厚。4.房間內温度不高，睡覺的時候感覺冷。5.訂房訊息有寫有吹風機，但是問了前台後得到的回覆是沒有多的，後續聯繫官方客服才給出來補償。6.特價房是一個房型，基本的設施、衞生條件需要得到起碼的保障，不是以“特價”為理由成為所有問題的藉口。
