Adding on that the hotel was super open to helping us receive parcels. They kept many for us throughout the entire trip and were very patient in helping us identify parcels.

Great location, right in front of Sophia Church. Room is comfy and clean. The best thing is there are washing machine and dryer to use. Great hotel!

The hotels quite good. They did provided welcome gift as well. Only the lift waiting time quite long and there is only 2 lift. We booked 3 rooms but they gave us different floor and this quite inconvenience for us. The added benefit is they have laundry room.

Non-Smokers beware. This hotel has zero non smoking rooms. Even in a room that smelled the least like smoke upon arrival, we could smell cigarettes coming from other rooms in the bathroom and bedroom. The cleaning between nights was terrible. They barely made the bed. No cleaning of the toilet or sink areas (other than to throw our toothbrushes away daily) and no refill of the shower soaps.
The front desk staff however is AMAZING! They went out of their way to help us. Still ended up cutting the stay short.

We love this hotel so much! There gave a welcome gift which is so sweet! The room is clean, new,. All good! Would recommend it to anyone.
