前台小哥服務特別好，很熱情，消息秒回，有什麼問題都能解答，第一次來東北，印象非常好，酒店環境更是沒的説，特別美，一進門，還送了凍梨，第一次吃，也算是多了一種體驗，小哥貼心的把行李給我們拎上去，有什麼缺的直接問他要，有求必應，如果下次去哈爾濱，也會優先考慮這家！

環境很好，外觀也有設計感。房間是奶油風的裝飾，很温馨。入住時還送了東北凍梨凍柿，還有飲料點心，很貼心，對我們南方小土豆很友好。
房間裏吹風機是戴森的，洗護是歐舒丹的，有智能馬桶，還有小度，插座上不僅有 usb 插線口，還有 type c 插線口，設施設備很好，很方便。室外還有休閑區。
民宿位置距離松花江網紅鐵路橋非常非常近，距離中央大街、索菲亞大教堂、紅專街早市、哈爾濱站等地方都很近，很方便。

客房服務真的很到位，有送的水果凍梨，也有蛋糕點心飲料等，當天晚上發燒了客服也找了退燒貼。
洗髮水沐浴露用的歐舒丹的，吹風機是戴森的。
因為住的是星空房，因為室內温差大的原因（温差40°以上）窗户處會有水滴下（影響不大），沒有電梯但是客房人員會幫忙把行李拿上樓。
很愉快的一次體驗，後續有機會會再次預訂。

衞生：比較乾淨，唯獨就是衞生間有一點點異味（應該是温差太大的原因）
環境：環境還是不錯的，大堂走廊都很明亮，讓人覺得很舒適。
服務：服務真的是非常滿意，特別表揚一下前台小哥，發訊息都是秒回，而且有事兒馬上就會來解決，入住前還會有歡迎水果和小蛋糕，房間冰箱裏的東西也全都是免費的，並且不限量。
設施：民宿設計的很可愛温馨，很適合年輕人入住，但是房間裏的設施沒有那麼的方便實用。希望民宿能在衞生間裏多放幾個掛鈎，洗手枱的枱麪再大一點，不然沒有太多的置物空間，洗漱包都不太放得下。然後房間裏也沒有全身鏡，每次要照鏡子都得跑到廁所裏，關鍵是還衹能看到上半身。還有一點就是房間裏的桌子要麼是太高了，要麼是太小了，像點了外賣都不太方便吃。
整體還是不錯的，推薦！！

初來乍到老闆人特別好，給升級了房間，來到房間孩子就喜歡上了這個火爐，正好最近在東北住的其他酒店口乾舌燥，有了加濕器果然好多了，酒店用品沒得説，都是好牌子的，酒店位置也很好，走着走着一分鐘就到了松花江邊，去了防洪紀念塔還體驗了網紅橋，花柱的品牌在其他遊玩也住過，一如既往的靠譜

民宿很漂亮，房間也很漂亮，也很乾凈衞生，民宿的服務人員也挺好的，電視很大可以投屏很方便，就是有一點這幾天暖了，融雪導致天窗有點滴水，但是總體問題不大，體驗感挺好的。

房間設計非常有獨特的感覺，酒店位置離中央大街，松花江，地鐵站非常近，交通非常方便，住宿感覺很棒，尤其是前台小哥，真的非常熱情，給人賓至如歸的感覺，大過年還幫我們搬行李，送餃子，老闆應該給他加工資！

和媳婦兒一起來哈爾濱遊玩，就近在中央大街附近訂了這家新裝修的民宿，老闆人特別熱情，告訴冰箱的飲品都是免費的，還贈送了下午茶蛋糕，和媳婦兒晚上出去玩兒回來，特意體驗了一下圍爐煮茶，怎奈何不抗凍，沒幾分鐘就跑了，哈哈哈。床墊和枕頭都很舒服，睡了個懶覺，啟程回老家過年。
