Bo'ersi Business Hotel

This is my first time coming here and I chose this hotel. The environment is really nice and I like the decoration style. Not to mention the location. Turn left when you go out and you will see the Flood Control Memorial Tower. Turn right and you'll find Central Street and Sophia Church. You can find all kinds of snacks. In the morning, you can also go to the Red Brick Street morning market to eat delicious food. It's really nice. What's even better is that their service attitude is very satisfactory to me. Any questions? The front desk staff will answer the questions carefully. What makes me most satisfied is that the security guards will arrange parking spaces. It really cost a lot less money. Not to mention more, the price/performance ratio is very high. Highly recommended.

The room is not only small in size but also low in height, which gives people a very depressing feeling and the environment does not look clean. It's quite cold in winter. I woke up from the freezing cold in the middle of the night and the air conditioner didn't work. I asked the front desk for help, but the customer service staff told me there was no heating! Such an extremely poor service attitude!

The price is too outrageous, more than 500 per night, and it is probably less than 100 usually; the environment is very poor, the noise is too loud, you can hear the voices in the next room; the hot water supply is not smooth, and the waiter only verbally agreed when I asked for it many times. The attitude was also bad and was not solved until the next day; the child suddenly became uncomfortable and soiled the sheets, and the customer had to pay for the cleaning! Remind everyone to avoid lightning!

The room was average and there was no hot water at night. I called the front desk and asked for repairs, which was quickly repaired. However, I never got hot water. He said he had a gift, but he didn't give it away after leaving. The most important thing is that they said we broke a cup and the deposit was deducted. We have a clear conscience and asked them to check the surveillance, but nothing happened.

這家賓館性價比超高！價格實惠，但是服務一點都不含糊。房間打掃得一塵不染。隔音效果很好，床墊很舒服 晚上睡得特別香。工作人員態度親切，有什麼需求都能及時滿足，住得特別舒心。 從踏入酒店的那一刻起，就感受到了滿滿的誠意。大堂裝修大氣，環境優雅。房間空間寬敞，佈局合理，酒店隔壁的餐飲也很出色，晚餐的菜品精緻可口。總之，各方面都很滿意，給五星好評！
