The apartment hotel is quite large, with plenty of sunshine. The floor is high enough, the night view is great, the service is friendly, and the location is right. It is close to Central Street and the subway station. It is very convenient to travel. It is also close to Daoli Food Market and Sophia Church.

避雷啊，360大廈的民宿都不要住！從來沒住過這麼cha的民宿。除了地理位置是個優點，其他真的是…之前看別人的評價説電梯差，沒想到這麼恐怖，一上一下起碼得半小時，還擠的要命（看圖）。房間更不用説了，衞生間一股下水道反臭的味道，店主還拿了一個蓋子蓋住，説明一直有這個問題，導致整個房間都是臭水溝的味道，這個最讓人受不了。一進房間就想退房，無奈還不能取消，衹能忍着頭皮住下去，好在每天都玩得晚，不會在房間內呆太久。床底下都是灰也沒清理乾淨，好歹400/晚，不至於拿個破爛房子就當民宿吧。

衞生和環境真的是一言難盡，好在衹是休息一晚而已，廁所惡味不斷，堵住所有的漏洞都擋不住味兒！通風口還是自己清理的。。是一棟很老的建築。不過老闆很好

環境：房間很大，裝飾得像家一樣，看得出來房主有很用心的在經營，實際入住的房間照片會更好更好些，而且是很復古風格的房間，當然窗外風景也很好！
服務：老闆娘超級好，超級耐心還給推薦周邊的特色飯店和值得玩的地方，還幫忙免費照看行李！老闆娘人很好，幫忙免費延遲退房了！
位置：超級贊，嗎呀下次去，如果有緣，還入住你們家！

190塊錢這個價格在大年初三，哈爾濱市中心中央大街邊上，還要啥自行車呢？樓下就能吃烤串，房間設施屬實一般，但勝在便宜，熱水很燙，房間很暖和，裏面居然還能燒飯，哈哈哈

十來年每年去哈爾濱一兩次，這是第一次哈市住民宿。
優點：1:地理位置地鐵口附近近中央廣場，索菲亞大教堂，樓下有超市小飯店。
2:老闆態度好，
缺點：1:公寓整棟樓幾乎全部是民宿，管理臟亂差，兩邊電梯上下人多，經常需要等很久！
2:房間不是方方正正規則型，設備比較老舊，熱水器洗不到8分鐘就冷水了。吹風也是是吹會就停那種。
綜合評價：性價比還可以
