這個酒店差到一定程度了
1.入住打開水龍頭都是黃的水綉
2.早上四五點被凍醒！
水放了兩次沒有水綉的，想這可能是水質和供暖問題就不留照片可能也不再酒店範圍內就算了，但是！！
3.晚上放了半個多小時的水都不熱，哈爾濱現在這麼冷沒有熱水？
4.隔音差，來考試的隔音那麼差休息不好
5.發現蜘蛛，不敢睡了，定了兩天房退一天，老闆態度極差，不知道她們什麼程序非讓我自己去找攜程客服退，它那頭拒絕直接操作，本來人家就是去考試的趕時間，這種事情怎麼長心做出來的，沒有熱水，發現蜘蛛，我退個房拿出什麼態度！！是不是超出一小時給你按小時計算了，就算你這頭程序衹能先找攜程那你什麼態度，全市最差！

衞生間漏水，每隔五六秒滴一水，夜晚特別清楚，反應前台也不解決，門把手不能反鎖，壞了，上面反鎖買的金屬鏈也是壞的

日常好評，設施不錯，加20升了個觀影房，但是很冷，沒有暖氣沒有空調，衹有個燒鍋爐的熱風真的不暖和。前台想盡辦法解決但還是很冷。

酒店位置非常好，離高速路口近，點外賣方便，馬桶還安裝了衞洗麗，院子超大方便停車，不臨街，房間安靜。床品特別舒服，下次來哈爾濱還會住這！

很臟，被子床單上到處是頭髮，毛！地板貌似住了幾波兒人都不擦，灰塵頭髮各種毛髮！總之，就是一個字臟！還沒有服務員。

酒店有一個大院，我最愛的大停車場，剛剛出繁華區，不遠，也不鬧，住的loft房間，設施齊全，去的時候比較涼，服務人員還貼心的給了小暖爐，很滿意。
