哈爾濱工程大學就在旁邊，周邊都是大學生日常吃飯的地方，種類齊全。賓館打車去中央大街、索菲亞大教堂也就15元左右。前台客服服務到位，態度很好，哈爾濱東北老鐵很熱情

大家真的放心住，可見之處都很乾凈，房間裏的一切都是免費的，每天都有兩瓶水。還配有一次性馬桶座套真的非常貼心！！我在自己買了一次性墊紙，但是遠沒有提供的座套方便好用。洗澡的水很大，熱水來的很快，好評！！點外賣很方便，就放在門口的桌子上。前台的姐姐們都非常熱心，每次尋求幫助都能及時迴應。店內的飲品櫃基本和外麪價格一樣 沒有加價，可樂三塊錢一瓶。體驗非常好非常好，在旺季這個價位能住到這個品質真的很滿意，不僅極具性價比，還非常有人情味，賓至如歸。下次再來玩，還住祥祥！！
