I was super impressed with this hotel. We booked at the last minute (literally standing outside in -30 degree weather) when our other hotel cancelled on us and didn’t tell us. The Baroque rooms were very clean and comfortable with fantastic jacuzzis. The location was also great, we loved exploring the street it was located in. Staff were also very nice and friendly. Thank you!

The warm atmosphere in the guest room is amazing. The warm colors create a cozy feeling. The bed is soft and supportive, fitting the body curve, making you feel comfortable after a good sleep. Many thoughtful little facilities are highlights. The bedside night light is convenient for getting up at night, and the air purifier makes your breath fresh. The bathroom is clean as new, and the toiletries are beautifully packaged and of high quality. I am very satisfied!

Advantages: This hotel is located in the Baroque Street. It takes two minutes to walk to the hotel by taxi to Nansandao Street. Because it is located in the Baroque Street, the surrounding environment is great. You can go shopping directly and eat conveniently. The service is also OK. I communicated by phone before that there was a bar downstairs singing before 9 o'clock and asked if it was acceptable. The bar was noiseless on site. The hotel also prepared earplugs thoughtfully but did not use them.
Disadvantages: The interior decoration is relatively old and the temperature is relatively low. For Harbin locals, this floor heating is not warm enough. It is enough to turn on the air conditioner and the heater later. The hygiene is average. I found an unknown hair on the bath towel when I first arrived at the hotel.
