Shengyuan Serviced Apartment (Qunli Yintai City)

This stay broke my love for serviced apartments. The pictures were seriously inconsistent with the actual environment. The double bed room we booked had a strong smell of smoke when we entered the room. The mattress, air duct, and refrigerator were all dirty. We asked the housekeeper to change it. I got a room, and finally changed it, but I got a small room. The mattress and air duct were slightly better than the previous one, but the refrigerator couldn't be used at all when plugged in. Considering that the hygiene was slightly better than the first room, No more fussing. But what’s even more outrageous is the room price, which is simply arbitrarily priced. We booked a room on Ctrip for 400+/night. On the day of check-in, there was a temporary stay, which was quoted at 180/night. When I asked, it was said that it was reserved for locals. I just wanted to ask about this area. The gap is ridiculously big, isn't it? Is there such a discrimination between foreigners and locals? Why are you communicating with you like this when you come to Beijing? When I asked the store, the store hesitated and didn't say anything. All in all, this stay was terrible. It was the most inconsistent price and actual environment since I booked a hotel with Ctrip.

The equipment is relatively complete, including a refrigerator, washing machine, and microwave. But the cleanliness of the room cannot be complimented. As soon as I entered the room, I found cockroaches. The owner changed the room and there were still cockroaches. I felt quite disconnected. The family was traveling and it was too troublesome to change hotels, so we settled for one night.
