Room is clean but smells of cigarettes and it doesn't go away. Lighting in the toilet can be improved. Location is very good though and staff are polite and even gave us masks cos it was very windy outside.

Very close to West Railway Station, transportation is convenient, and the service attitude at the front desk is very good. When booking, I requested a non-smoking room. I smelled smoke when I opened the door. There is no refrigerator in the room. There are multiple hotels in the building. The number of shared elevators is okay, but the speed is a bit slow.

We checked in at noon and went out for a walk after checking in. When I came back to check in at night, when I closed the curtains, I found a weak and long hair. When I opened the curtains and prepared to go to bed, I opened the quilt and found unwashed blood stains on the sheets. I thought it was too late that night and asked the cleaning lady the next day. Changed the sheets and quilt! It was my first time to come to Harbin and I always stayed at JI Hotel. I believed in the management and service of JI Hotel. However, I was disappointed after visiting JI Hotel in Harbin, the three eastern provinces. I chose Magnolia for the rest of my trip.

Living on the top floor of a 32-story building, the elevator is inconvenient when there are many people. The room is not cool even when the air conditioner is turned on, so an electric fan is required. If you call the front desk 5 times, you will get 1 answer.
