It is very suitable to stay if you take a very late flight arrival to Harbin, or early flight departure. The location is nearby the airport. Around the stay, there are a lots of choice to eat.
The pick up and deliver services are the main reason for my stay with this inn. The staff here are nice and warm to remind you in the morning to avoid the customer’s missing flight.

（情緒控管有問題並恐嚇威脅）
🔺2.實際房間與照片不符
🔺3.廁所沒有門，竟然是一片簾子
🔺4.廁所非常小是一片玻璃，上廁所會被外面看見

以下為事發經過
2025/02/05晚上11點多check in ，拿了房卡，老闆說行李他晚點有空拿上樓，然後我上樓進房後接到電話，他說不能用英文名字入住要用中文名字，要我再下樓，沒有中文名字就再付一次錢或走（從這時候老闆態度就開始差）
但我剛剛一開始已經給了證件確認了，他沒問題了才給我房卡的不是嗎？？？
證件上的英文名字跟我訂房的英文名字是一樣的，而且trip平台當時訂的就是用英文訂的，如果有問題也是平台跟住宿之間自己需要協調好，或是check in時老闆一開始就說清楚，賓館需要走樓梯到三樓，這麼冷的天氣又凌晨了還叫人家走來走去，只因為老闆自己的疏失，這跟我有什麼關係？（老闆這時候態度開始惡劣）
我請平台處理好名字的事，但我要用行李，所以打給老闆請他拿上樓，他把我行李拿上樓用力敲門還踢我行李一腳（第一次遇到踢我行李的老闆！真的滿頭問號？？？你憑什麼亂踢別人行李？）
完全展現沒水準那面….
此時我決定要投訴，當下跟trip平台反應後，老闆得知後突然氣沖沖地衝上樓用力敲房門，並大吼：你要投訴誰？你要投訴誰？你要投訴什麼？（非常凶）
開門了，我冷靜的說我要投訴你，其實內心很害怕他動手，他說你要投訴那你離開，說外面還很多住宿，叫我去外面找，各種趕我走，要我取消訂單，以免隔天給他留負評
我此時也忍受不了，今天來住宿，外面-27度已經很冷很累，沒要求態度多好、服務要多好，但不需要大吼、威脅跟恐嚇、還動腳踢我行李
他們怕我留負評，在我決定不住了要離開了，老闆跟老闆娘一直要我「立刻取消訂單」，他們要退款給我，並威脅我五分鐘內不取消他們要收費。廢話我都沒有住了憑什麼收我錢，但負評不可能不給，整晚發生的事情我必須寫出來讓所有人知道，這種沒水準、惡劣至極的賓館老闆，必須公開讓大家有警惕
我與trip平台通話、老闆與trip平台通話過程，Trip平台全程都有錄音，今天他們經理把昨天錄音聽過一次，老闆態度惡劣為屬實，動腳踢我行李為屬實、-27度怕我留負評趕我走為屬實，以上敘述內容皆為屬實
對，我就在-27度的溫度，凌晨1點離開這個可怕的賓館

性價比非常高的一次住宿，本想着價格低應該不會太好，對付一晚一大早就走了，沒想到一進到房間裏熱氣滿滿，這可是大東北外面零下20度的氣温，房間非常暖和。床套一看就是新換上去沒睡過的很乾凈。接機小妹妹人非常熱情，下了飛機已經很晚了，還特意過來接我，到了酒店還幫忙把我的大行李手拎着拿到二樓……總之，沒想到非常不錯的一次住宿。

老闆娘非常熱情，一進賓館，就主動打招呼，還問幾點的航班，免費安排送機！還主動幫提行李上房間，本人行李超級重，老闆娘單手就給我拎上去了！而且房間很大很寬敞～入住之後，老闆娘還悄悄的給我贈送了一瓶可樂，嗚嗚嗚，超感動的。而且賓館離機場不遠，從賓館到國際航班入口也只要十分鐘以內。趕早班機完全夠時間！
