I like it very much, very good. The service attitude is good and the environment is nice. Especially when I was injured, hemostatic patches and medicated cotton swabs were provided. Putting customers first, I will stay here again for the second time.

Very poor. Hygiene is not up to standard. The toilet seat is not clean. I asked the front desk for wet wipes to wipe off the yellow unknown stuff. The quilt cover is not clean and has spots. It is very painful. There are lint on the slippers, which looks like they have been used for the second time. . Due to my work schedule, I had to stay one more night, and no cleaning was done during the extended stay. The used towels, slippers, body lotion, and cotton swabs were not replenished. The quilts and pillows had to be neatly folded even if they were not replaced. The cleaning is very, very poor. It's hard to imagine a business travel gold label store being so bad. When I checked in, I wanted to make a cup of coffee at the front desk. The coffee machine ran out of beans. I called the front desk but ignored it. It was completely outrageous. Maybe this Internet celebrity city has become popular and the hotel prices have increased and the service still can’t keep up.

The hotel environment is very good, the front desk service is very friendly, and the location is very good. There is a subway station at the door. There are many places to eat nearby. I will come back next time

房間挺好，位置相當便利，在地鐵口，附近便利店，水果店，零食店，什麼都有，非常方便 設施：齊全 衞生：好 環境：好 服務：好 就在華德學院附近

很乾凈，空間也很大。 前台知道我是馬來西亞來的…怕我不習慣…還特地安排在二樓，因為地暖會熱點。 床很舒服，熱水也夠熱，最重要的是…外面真的就是地鐵…樓下也有超市和麥當勞。
