Environment: The room was comfortable and spacious, with a unique decor that blends seamlessly with the Central Avenue view. I loved it.
The corner room overlooks half the city and half the river, so there was no interruption from any noise. I slept very well, and the pillows were fantastic!
Cleanliness: The shower, bathtub, and toilet were all separated. Since it's newly opened, everything was new and clean. Laundry was also returned very quickly.
Service: I was very happy, very happy, very happy! I highly recommend customer service manager Christina Wang and concierge Carl Xu for their attentive service. They made us feel incredibly welcome even on our first trip to Northeast China. They recommended nearby restaurants and provided hand-drawn maps. Meeting people is part of the travel experience.
Overall, I was very happy and had a great experience. I'll definitely be back in the winter.
