The room was clean and tidy, equipped with disposable slippers and complimentary bottled water. Although the room faced the street, the soundproofing of the windows was excellent, so noise wasn't an issue. The front desk staff were very warm and attentive. However, the room wasn't cleaned on the first day. Breakfast was an English buffet, and the restaurant also offers a menu with a few complimentary hot dishes, which guests, especially first-timers, usually aren't aware of.

A prime location—just steps away from LEGO, the winter market, and Greggs, making it super convenient for exploring the area. The hotel itself was awesome, offering a stylish and comfortable stay. The highlight was definitely the rooftop bar—the view was absolutely magnificent, perfect for unwinding with a drink. A fantastic stay overall, and I’d highly recommend it!

A charming hotel nestled the the throngs of a busy area and conveniently located near Paddington station. 
The double room I booked had all the amenities needed, shampoos, coffee maker and kettle, but it was absolutely tiny. 
With the double bed in the middle, there was no space even to open two suitcases on the floor, without tripping over them since they were the same width as the area remaining from the bed to the wall. 
I would recommend the hotel but check the size of the rooms, especially if there are two of you staying.

First of all, the hotel reception is really nice. Everyone is very warm and friendly. I feel full of love. The room is very large and clean, with a palace-style bed, I love it. Mineral water is available every day, and snacks are also free to eat, which is charged in other hotels... The location is even better, 3/5 minutes walk to Tower Bridge, double subway, and 8/9 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station... Liverpool Street Station is convenient to major airports... In short, it is a very good experience, and a must-choose hotel next time you come to London

The room has no other shortcomings except for the small, but this is not a big problem in major international cities around the world.
The hotel facilities are new, fully furnished, and the service is very good, but it can be seen that the details of some process services should be strengthened in terms of training. For example, when we store our luggage, an employee at the front desk who may be an internship suggested that we take pictures to keep our luggage tickets. This is very thoughtful, but it is easy to misunderstand the statement (I took the luggage ticket and left why I still take pictures, In fact, it can be said that ”it is recommended to take pictures to keep them in case you can't find the number”). In addition, I am an IHG member. When I checked in, I clearly told me that I could arrange a late check-out until 2 o'clock. As a result, I called at 11 o'clock the next day and told me that I should check Although we had no plans to check out late that day because we wanted to visit London again, this step was still confusing.
Overall our stay was very satisfactory, the hotel is in a good location, very close to the Westfield shopping center, the subway central is also very convenient to go directly to Oxford Street, walking to Hyde Park is also very fast, taxi to the airport 50 pounds cheaper and faster than the city center. So I am impeccable about the enthusiasm for facilities, location and services. The service details of the flow also need to be strengthened.

I booked a standard room, but was assigned a basement level. I later noticed a lot of reviews said basement levels. I don't know if this is discrimination or what. It's uncomfortable down there. Although there's a window, fresh air is trapped in the atrium, which is disgusting. There's also a bunch of trash in the atrium, which is disgusting. The basement hallway also has a smell that seems stuck and stuffy. I didn't go upstairs, so I don't know if there's any smell there. Every morning, I'm greeted by the stench, which ruins my fun. Oh, I did see a foreign guest staying in the basement level, but the price isn't cheap either. For 2,000+ a night, I'm not happy with the basement level!

Breakfast is cooked to order and is okay, but the sausages are terrible. There's no fresh vegetables in the buffet!

The wait staff are friendly and willing to chat. Overall, the service is quite good.

The location is good, close to the subway station, and convenient for Wimbledon.

The toiletries are comfortable and smell good, Indigo's global standard.

The hotel offers convenient shuttle service to and from LGA, making it easy to get there from the airport. The room was decent, nothing special but not bad either. For New York, I was quite satisfied with the price. The location is excellent, very close to various Chinese restaurants. It feels like the best value for money among the nearby hotels.

The room was clean and conveniently located near Wall Street and the 9/11 Memorial. The front desk staff were easy to communicate with. I bought my tickets a few days before my trip, and the price was decent for Manhattan. The elevator was a normal speed to the 12th floor. My room had a view of Trinity Church.

Good location, staff were excellent.  Nothing was too much.  On checking in there was an error, only showed we had one room, but when showing confirmation was rectified straight away.  Close to subway to get around the city.  Rooms are small but what you need because you are out and about.  However, rooms are modern and quiet.  Wardrobe door was broken but didn’t spoil our stay. 
Paid $125 per room deposit, only down fall was on checking out had another charge on my card, for both rooms and unsure what this is for.  Didn’t receive any confirmation or reassurance I will get my deposits back.  But overall couldn’t fault the hotel.  Roof top bar, probably needs some work, tiles were lose and staff weren’t ready when we went up, so didn’t stop for a drink just went straight back down.

Location is very central, staff nice enough and with service charge of $36 you can have a free breakfast ans a drink a day…but not if u are vegan!!

To be fair for the price range I was expecting something a bit more up class .

The hotel is just a 2-3 minute walk after getting off the subway. Overall, the interior and atmosphere of the hotel itself is pretty, but it was a bit disappointing that it took a while for the hot water to come out and there were no basic amenities such as disposable slippers and water.
Still, the hotel overall was pretty and clean, so it was much better than the old place in Manhattan.

Facilities: The facilities are complete, with a bathtub. The river-view room offers direct views of the Bund and the Huangpu River. The rooftop bar and restaurant also have a great ambiance; it's lovely to enjoy a drink there. Hygiene: Good. Environment: Good, it has a strong Chinese cultural feel. The hotel's decor incorporates Shanghai and Chinese-style design, with unique touches in the paintings, walls, lobby, and dining chairs. Service: Good, the service attitude is excellent 👍

The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spotless and bright. The bedding was soft and smelled fresh. The front desk lady was so warm and helpful, even offering to assist with my luggage. Breakfast had a great variety, and the hot congee and buns were delicious. It's excellent value for money, I had a really comfortable stay, and I'll definitely be back!

📍 **Location:** Right by Dishui Lake, it's a short walk to Duoyun Bookstore and about 1km from Dishui Lake Metro Station, making it super convenient for getting around.

We checked in on Saturday, and our room had an amazing view of the 8 PM fireworks! ❤️

**Facilities:** Overall, it exceeded my expectations! 🥳 The Indigo Hotel Dishui Lake truly embraces the lake theme. As a newer hotel, all the facilities are quite new.
The room came with a Dyson hairdryer, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a JBL speaker.
The swimming pool operates from 9 AM to 9 PM and includes a sauna, which is great for unwinding after a swim.
The gym is open 24 hours and has basic cardio equipment.
(There weren't many guests this weekend, so my partner and I had the gym and pool all to ourselves – it was fantastic!)

**Dining:** On Saturday evening, there was a buffet option. Brunch runs from 7 AM to 12:30 PM and the food is delicious, with both Chinese and Western options. The lamb chops are a specialty and absolutely delicious! 😋
Guests staying on Saturday received a discount voucher for the buffet, bringing the price down to 248 RMB per person, which was slightly cheaper than third-party platforms. There's also a quiet bar that offers two complimentary welcome drinks for guests.

**Service:** This was by far the most satisfying part of our stay! A huge thank you to our private butler, Horus, for his wonderful assistance and guidance! ❤️

The hotel called us the day before to confirm our estimated arrival time and asked if we'd like to connect with our private butler on WeChat (five-star service!). If we needed any help at all during our stay, we simply messaged our butler on WeChat. Horus was incredibly quick to respond and his service was prompt and spot on.

Due to the weather, we ended up spending a lot more time at the hotel this trip, but it was truly a very comfortable experience.
I highly recommend everyone to come and stay here! ❤️
