Staff at counter is friendly and helpful. The hotel has complimentary coach to LaGuardia airport. The room is spacious and the facilities and utilities are very good. The hotel is located in Flushing, close to subway and Chinese restaurants. There are many Chinese restaurants and supermarkets, convenient for Chinese tourists to stay. We enjoyed our stay in the hotel and will definitely consider to choose this hotel again.

The location is excellent, right in the financial district. Wall Street is only a 5-minute walk away. Our room was clean and well-maintained. There's a 7-Eleven conveniently located downstairs, and a CVS is also nearby. The subway, the 9/11 Memorial, and the World Trade Center are all within easy reach.

Nice hotel in a good location. I left my tablet in the room by accident and when I called they left a message with housekeeping to call me if it was found. They never called and housekeeping claims they havnt found it... I left it on the bedside table and that's my fault, but what sort of housecleaners do you employ that keep people's items instead of turning them into lost and found. Beware and make sure to triple check you have your things or else they will keep them.

The room is clean and sanitary, the service is very good, and the surrounding area has convenient transportation, which is very suitable for tourism and vacation.

The hotel is just a 2-3 minute walk after getting off the subway. Overall, the interior and atmosphere of the hotel itself is pretty, but it was a bit disappointing that it took a while for the hot water to come out and there were no basic amenities such as disposable slippers and water.
Still, the hotel overall was pretty and clean, so it was much better than the old place in Manhattan.

The environment is comfortable and the service is great. I stayed here for a week, and the room was very clean with good facilities. It's also very convenient to get around. The lounge restaurant has a lovely atmosphere too, and there's plenty of shared space.

The hotel is in a very good location, at the entrance of Paddington station. I have personally tested that you can get on the train within 8 minutes. The surrounding environment is also relatively quiet. But the hotel space is relatively small and it is difficult to open a 28-inch suitcase.

The hotel's location is perfect,, providing easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and the underground. We were pleased to receive a room with a fantastic view overlooking the square where the street performances were. However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness standards. The wooden floor was quite sticky, and we could hear the sound of our sandals when walking. There was visible dirt on the drawer too which made us hesitant to unpack our belongings. Overall, while the location and view were excellent, the cleanliness could use significant improvement.

I booked a standard room, but was assigned a basement level. I later noticed a lot of reviews said basement levels. I don't know if this is discrimination or what. It's uncomfortable down there. Although there's a window, fresh air is trapped in the atrium, which is disgusting. There's also a bunch of trash in the atrium, which is disgusting. The basement hallway also has a smell that seems stuck and stuffy. I didn't go upstairs, so I don't know if there's any smell there. Every morning, I'm greeted by the stench, which ruins my fun. Oh, I did see a foreign guest staying in the basement level, but the price isn't cheap either. For 2,000+ a night, I'm not happy with the basement level!

Breakfast is cooked to order and is okay, but the sausages are terrible. There's no fresh vegetables in the buffet!

The wait staff are friendly and willing to chat. Overall, the service is quite good.

The location is good, close to the subway station, and convenient for Wimbledon.

The toiletries are comfortable and smell good, Indigo's global standard.

First of all, the hotel reception is really nice. Everyone is very warm and friendly. I feel full of love. The room is very large and clean, with a palace-style bed, I love it. Mineral water is available every day, and snacks are also free to eat, which is charged in other hotels... The location is even better, 3/5 minutes walk to Tower Bridge, double subway, and 8/9 minutes walk to Liverpool Street Station... Liverpool Street Station is convenient to major airports... In short, it is a very good experience, and a must-choose hotel next time you come to London

This hotel is right by the Bund 16 Pu Wharf, very close to the Bund and the Huangpu River. You step out directly onto the riverside, and the night view is stunning. Almost all public areas within the hotel offer fantastic river views. Inside, there's a wall made of old iron plates. I asked the staff, and they told me it's designed with an old Shanghai wharf theme, using actual ship planks – a hotel with a real story! The room, while not large, was very cozy and quite clean, with a charming Chinese-style decor that gives it a unique feel. Another highlight of this hotel is the service. All the staff members are incredibly polite and provide warm, attentive service, especially the front desk team. My stay this time was quite pleasant, and I'd definitely come back if I have the chance.

This hotel offers great value for money, probably the best I've experienced in Shanghai over the past few years. The facilities are comprehensive, and while the hotel shows its age a bit, the service quality is impeccable. The staff are incredibly welcoming and warm to guests. The hotel might ask guests to pick up their food delivery downstairs, likely due to food safety concerns, but I completely understand and support this policy.

I have never written a review before but we had such an amazing stay at Hotel indigo i had to review it. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, everything was so clean and luxurious. The location is perfect, right infront of dishui lake, you are able to watch the fireworks from the hotel balcony. The breakfast was delicious and had a diverse selection to choose from. Our first room was beautiful and had stunning views of the city but we we kindly upgraded to a lake veiw room which was even more beautiful. We were also offered complimentary breakfast. The staff at the hotel were helpful and super friendly even helping up to rent bikes throughout the day and night. I would like to specifically thank Claire one of the on duty managers who was so kind and very helpful with renting bikes, Angus who also rented us bikes and was so helpful with anything we needed and was always available for us to contact, his english was very good, this made communication very easy. And Carter who really went out of his way to help and make us feel welcomed.
Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.
