來哈爾濱看鄧紫棋演唱會，在攜程搜尋顯示，星程和悠融都是最近的賓館，這兩家賓館在同一個大廈內，我選擇的星程，體育場就在酒店旁邊幾百米，近到在房間內就能聽見演唱會的聲音！入住的時候前台美女問我是來看演唱會的嗎，送了我演唱會手環和燈牌髮卡！好有愛！房間裝修中規中矩，寬敞明亮，設施齊全，乾淨衞生！床品也很舒適，非常非常滿意的一次入住體驗！下次再來看演唱會依舊不變的選擇！

The room is very good and super big. It is very close to Central Street, Flood Control Memorial Tower, and subway station. I especially appreciate the front desk guy (a gentle boy with glasses) for his excellent service. Because we have to get up early to go to Xuexiang, he took the initiative to pack breakfast for us. When he saw the elderly checking in, he took the initiative to arrange a room with a view. (I want to mention the names, but the boy is shy and refuses to tell the names) Recommended to stay (there are small gifts for membership, 🎁 very good)

Overall, it's okay, it's quite satisfactory. Health needs to be strengthened. There are masks posted on the wall of the room. One thing I don't understand very much. When I checked in, the front desk said to scan a QR code to bind the room number. The result is that inexplicably registered a useless member, and there is no relationship with the check-in, and there is no binding of any so-called room number. You want to find someone to register a member to complete the task, I can understand, but why is it a lie? It's really speechless to use this means 😓

The room layout is very good and very clean. The front desk staff is very friendly and professional. They greet us politely. The lobby is large and the crystal chandelier is beautiful. The breakfast is also very delicious. The hotel's specialty noodles are worth a try! I recommend everyone to stay here.

The room was very clean. The front desk and the front desk manager were very enthusiastic. I felt the hospitality of Harbin. It is very close to Central Street and St. Sophia Cathedral. I will stay in this hotel next time.

Very impressed with this hotel! Location is excellent, near the subway and bus stops. Also, very central. Rooms are very clean, and bed is super comfortable. The heater and aircon is working perfectly too. Shower water pressure is strong. Toilet is clean and is even heated. Big TV inside the room, no western channel but there's CGTN which is the only channel in English. Breakfast also superb for the price you pay for. Mostly vegetables and a few meat dishes. A lot of dishes to choose from! We booked months early and got a very good rate. They provide free bottled water, and you can even ask for extra in case you need more. Coffee is also free at the lobby. The lobby is not luxurious or big but its nice and warm. Friendly staff as well. Just not sure if they speak English. I highly recommend this hotel!
