將近晚上九點才入住酒店，剛把行李放下，竟發現茶几底下有一衹蟑螂在爬動，大晚上的心態都崩了。我立刻聯繫了前台，然而前台的態度讓人覺得這種情況似乎很平常。他們既沒有對房間的衞生狀況作出任何説明，也沒有安排阿姨來檢查衞生，甚至都沒有到房間查看。由於當時時間太晚，不方便再更換酒店，我便要求換了一個房間，晚上睡覺都有陰影了總感覺身上不舒服又擔心還會有蟑螂出來。我很擔心原來的房間是否會進行徹底的消殺，下一位入住的客人會不會也遭遇同樣的問題。此外，房間的洗漱枱佈滿了水漬，其實像設施陳舊或者房間面積小這些客觀問題我都可以接受，但衞生問題確實讓人無法忍受。

昨天入住七樓七零三一衹超大蜘蛛（活的）打電話給前台上來處理了要求換房間然後跟我説滿房了今天換到十樓房間又有蜘蛛網雞皮疙瘩麻完了（全程除了幫抓走蜘蛛沒有任何處理這麼大酒店為什麼會這樣差勁想不通（圖一703蜘蛛）（圖二1003蜘蛛網）

房間大，位置好，旁邊有很多吃的東西，退房時間也給我們延長了，就是對衞生間和洗澡間的設計不習慣，共一個推門，衹能關一間，帶小孩不方便

酒店位置很好找，就在路邊。房間舒適衞生，枕頭很軟，睡的超舒服～總體空間還是比較大的，佈局很合理。沒有異味，隔音也不錯。前台小姐姐服務態度很好，有不懂的一問即答！餐廳的早餐種類也挺多的，口味很不錯，體驗感很ok！！
