Since it was Chinese New Year, they even gave me a red envelope and a handwritten letter! I was genuinely touched. My skin is sensitive, and the unclean bedding caused itching. The hotel suggested I see a doctor, but actually, improving hygiene standards would have solved the problem. After complaining, they refunded half the room rate. It was a very disappointing experience, and I will never stay there again."
