很棒的酒店。保安大哥很熱情，前台小姐姐很温柔。保温杯遺忘在大廳，還安排機器人送上來，十一點給前台聯繫送水也響應很快。房間設施都很新，衞生也乾淨，有配備一次性馬桶墊特別好！早餐也不錯，煮粉的嬢嬢特別nice！這個價格真的非常感人了。唯一希望改進就是能裝個頂噴，再處理一下浴室的防水，洗完澡會流出來。

這家酒店真的超出預期！房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適得讓人一夜好眠，衞生間也打理得很清爽，沒有一點異味。工作人員態度特別親切，從入住到退房都很貼心，有問必答還主動幫忙提行李。早餐種類挺豐富的，味道也不錯。位置也很方便，停車方便.吃的地方夜離得很近.出行逛街都省心。下次來還住這兒！

- 這家酒店的細節做得太到位了！進房間就聞到淡淡的清香，衞生間乾濕分離做得很好，熱水充足且穩定。客房服務響應很快，叫了一次額外的枕頭，幾分鐘就送到了。早餐種類豐富，味道也很贊，，太美味了。整體體驗感滿分，強烈推薦！

這次住宿有很不好的體驗。1.是想與前台聯繫，根本用不了，沒有電話，那個所謂先進的按鈕根本不通。2.是洗澡龍頭壞了，居然熱水出的很小，孩子洗澡發現不出熱水，搞了半天換房間幾乎感冒。3.是服務很不到位，熱水不出，居然叫保安大哥來查看，想讓前台提供兩瓶礦泉水也一直沒有提供。完全顛覆了我對城市便捷這家連鎖酒店的看法，真的很差，不建議大家來住。
