攜程網下的訂單，到前台卻沒查到，幸好前台小姐姐耐心地幫解決了，服務態度不錯，環境也好，有小點心送，早餐豐富，春節期間還有10元小紅包，暖心。

第五次入住了，每次經過河池必定入住胤仁酒店。初三入住，又拿到了酒店的紅包，雖然衹有10元，但能看出酒館管理團隊在用心經營

非常棒的酒店，前台服務很温柔周到，長者一直在説旅途中這個酒店住着很舒服，乾淨衞生，還貼心的準備了小零食和可樂，冰紅茶，孩子特別喜歡，早餐也很豐富。

房間一般，一進房間有很大一股煙味，一晚上都沒散盡，可見搞房間環境衞生多麼的不仔細，看着裝修可以，其實都比較一般，作為路過住一晚的酒店，就將就住了。

房費和房間條件比較，性價比一般，榻榻米床房間太小了，也沒有專門的行李存放台。洗臉盆都放在過道位置！非常不方便！地庫到處都是灰，以後不再選！
