停車場特別狹窄。陡峭。不好進而且不管你下的再慢都會劃地盤。垃圾酒店。都是直角轉彎。前台錄車牌錄的特別慢就會玩手機。差評。衞生也不好。帶孩子不推薦。

衞生很臟，服務太差了，都什麼年代了，在攜程上預訂還需要交三百的按金，真是呵呵了，尤其是前台，簡直令人髮指，像我欠她錢一樣的，態度惡劣，令人十分不爽。空調聲音大，而且製冷不太好用。電梯慢的要命，總之就是差勁👎

非常滿意的入住體驗，一進大堂就有一股淡淡的清香，很舒服很有高級感，前台都小妹很熱情，房間很乾凈舒適，早餐也豐富，還贈送有迷你吧。真的很推薦，來河池的朋友可以毫不猶豫選擇她。

這個酒店離碼頭很近，去坐夜遊船走十分鐘左右就到了。美食街道里有很多好吃的小吃。到河池一定要去金城江公園爬上山頂。小三峽也是必須去看一下。

房間還可以。比較舒適。當然細節可以提高。比如mini bar 實在太空了，顯得比較敷衍。位置確實有些偏，感覺在市區的非常外圍了，周圍是在建的樓盤。

入住體驗不好。早餐挺好的，食材豐富新鮮，還品嚐了淮山汁，看着像牛奶。停車還可以，地下車庫指示比較清晰。酒店是新的，設施等都還好。但是入住體驗不佳，第一 進房間的時候發現自己的房間門居然大敞開，嚇了一跳，前台解釋是查房人員檢查後忘記關門了，這種錯誤真沒遇上過。第二 酒店高大上，但是居然餐廳不營業，要到外面自己去找吃的。附近衹有小店賣河粉的。當天從樂業趕過來，開車240公里還去遊玩了小三峽，很累，衹得滴滴去了酒店前台地圖上標註得一家魚莊，到了發現店面暗呼呼，還在賣盒飯。衹能換一家剛才路過的店。飯後步行回酒店衹要10多分鐘，倒是不遠。但對於當天趕路很累的旅客就不方便。沿途看見柏曼酒店附近至少餐飲比較多，有點後悔選錯了酒店。最生氣的是洗衣房，規定8點到晚上10點，我9點開始烘乾衣服，需要一個小時40分鐘，特意電話詢問前台，前台説衹會關門不會關機。沒想到第二天9點我去取衣服，工作人員已經把我的衣服從烘衣機裏取出，所以散放在燙衣台上。我收好後回到房間發現少一衹襪子，再去洗衣房發現那台烘衣機已經在工作了。哎，好吧，莫名其妙丟一衹襪子。心情不好地離開酒店，懶得去費時間交涉！ 建議工作人員不要動客人的衣服，如果要取出，至少摺疊好檢查一下！
