I was noised once by the takeout delivery next door, and again by the takeaway at around 11 o'clock. Isn't that smart? Why not use robots to deliver food? At around 12 o'clock at night, the noise from the next door could be heard clearly. We went out to look for the staff but couldn't find them, so we didn't dare knock on anyone else's door to remind them. Slept heavily all night. In short, it is too unsafe to have no one on duty. Facilities: It is very inconvenient to place a computer. The room is too narrow and has a rectangular layout. Hygiene: normal, I don’t like the smell. After staying for four days, I felt that there were no service staff to disturb me, and it was quite quiet and comfortable without the hotel lobby. As a result, I forgot to place an order to extend my stay at noon today. In fact, when I extended my stay at noon yesterday, I wanted to extend my stay for a few more days. I didn’t know it was the hotel. The setting is still something, but the result is that the app can only be set one day. This morning, if I extended my stay, it also showed that there was no room. I was busy outside during the day and returned to the hotel at around 6 pm. When I came back, I was told that there was no room. At first, I expressed understanding, but I still I told the front desk, what should I do if I need to pay an additional half-day room fee when I check out? I thought it was fully booked online and the front desk had no experience and didn't take it into consideration, so it was not difficult for the front desk. I was ready to go to the room to clean up and check out. In fact, according to the general operation of the hotel industry, this is very unreasonable. The hotel will usually call the guest in advance to ask whether to extend the stay. Even if the guest cannot be contacted, the room will be reserved if there is something in the room. But I saw that the front desk was full of young girls and boys, so I didn’t hesitate. What was very depressing was that the front desk told me that my belongings had been cleared out. I was really shocked. The guest’s room was full of unpacked items and there was still a suitcase. The hotel actually cleared it out for you without notifying me. It was really shocking. It was the first time I encountered it. In addition, this hotel should be newly opened. The overall environment of the room is okay and basically in line with the price. This approach is too uncomfortable. I looked at the hotel apps on my phone, including Huazhu, Jinjiang, Atour, InterContinental, Hilton, and a bunch of platinum members. After staying in a hotel thousands of times, I was kicked out by a hotel for the first time. It was a great experience.

房間寬敞舒服景觀視線好，設備智能、入住辦理簡單、掃臉進房間、有投影、小愛智能設備等，床品好睡、位置方便。滿意，已經多次預訂了。

很不錯的，自助入住也很方面。打掃阿姨很熱情。附近的環境也不錯。。。。。。。總體來説很滿意，下次去優先考慮。

房間很好看，榻榻米很舒適，窗外還能看到天鵝湖，夜景很美，入户那裡換鞋的地方要是能放個可收納蒲團坐着就更方便了

真的特別好！！房間很舒服，大大的落地窗外面就是天鵝湖風景特別好，所見之處衞生很乾凈，還有小愛同學開燈開窗簾特別方便。以後來合肥一定還來住😃😃
