First, we checked in at noon, but were informed that the computer system was broken. We didn't check in, but they opened the door directly without giving us a room card. I understand that there are always cases where the computer is broken, right? So they should fix it quickly. As a result, we still couldn't check in at night. That is, when we checked out, we had never checked in, which was very illegal. So we needed the aunt in the room to open the door when we entered the room. Later, we found that the anti-theft part of the door was still broken, thanks to the late-night maintenance technician who came to repair it (the service turned out to be unsatisfactory, but I barely gave it three stars because of the good attitude of this technician). Then there was a smell of smoke in the room, especially at the head of the bed. I don't know if it was not wiped clean or for some other reason. The quilt cover still had holes, which was hard to justify the price. The key point was that when we left the hotel, the hotel didn't apologize at all.

The hotel is very nice, the front desk lady is very polite and gives people a very comfortable feeling. The hotel environment is very good, the room is clean and hygienic, and the scenery is first-class. I will choose it next time.

I don't want to complain much. The air conditioner can't cool down. The room temperature is 27 degrees. I can't sleep at night. I called the front desk and they said they can adjust it. But it didn't work. I couldn't sleep at all. It was so hot.
