This is the first time I encountered someone who called in advance to ask for arrival time and helped turn on the air conditioner in advance. A small fruit plate was prepared in the room, and a small gift and cold brew tea were given when checking out.

這個酒店以前非常老舊，幾年前來住過，去年翻新過，非常整潔，大不一樣，整體入住體驗提升很多，人員的服務也好了很多。周邊社區非常需要這樣一個經濟型酒店。祝全季越來越好！

桐城路店很棒，前台人員接待有禮貌，天熱給瞭解渴的綠豆湯，客房阿姨很熱情，就是窗户靠路有點吵，不過當天路程遠睡着也聽不到了，希望以後還有機會來合肥

2024年10月2號到酒店，停車場沒有停車位，酒店服務員讓我們把車停到馬路邊！ 2. 酒店電梯缺乏管理，有兩個人一同乘電梯的人，不刷房卡，也可以乘電梯上樓！ 3. 乘客進入酒店，沒有人會確認，可以隨進隨出。
