首先酒店🏨大堂空間挺不一樣的，配備了一些商業，餐飲除了自助早飯（種類豐富），還有24h食堂。房間空間非常大，床也很大，被子枕頭都很舒適，還有就是浴室大開眼界了，圓形大浴缸，圓形淋浴間👍👍👍，用的也是智能馬桶，居住體驗非常舒適，唯一美中不足的是，這次出門忘記帶拖鞋了，但房間裏除了20元一雙的拖鞋，就沒有其他拖鞋或者一次性拖鞋提供了😓隔音效果也還行，過道都是厚厚的墊子，但耐不住有些人晚上真的會很吵。
入住時也有自助入住機器，入住要交500元按金，退房時會退的！

非常不滿意的一次入住。簡單來説就是在我不知情的情況下多收了錢。
退房當天早上9點多跟前台人員溝通説希望遲一點退房，前台的女士很友好地答應延長到2點，説麻煩攜程上給個好評，我也答應了。但是下午兩點去退房的時候，前台的男士居然要向我收取15元的延遲退房費，因為一我沒證據，二我覺得15元2小時也合理，就沒有和前台男士繼續掰扯，直接同意付錢了。
需要避雷的點來了！過了兩三天，當我檢查我的信用卡用項時發現，這家酒店扣了我30元。在我致電酒店方後，雖然總機員工誠摯道了歉，也把多收的15元退給了我，但仍然讓我對這次的入住感到十分失望。如果我沒有檢查的話，這15元不就白送了嗎？！希望酒店能好好培訓一下前台工作人員的職業技能和操守。給了免費的延遲就好好的在系統留言！如果要收取額外費用，請確定好金額！
關於酒店我沒什麼好説的，這個價格還是非常沒有性價比的，房間老舊、大堂嘈雜、餐飲普通，下次再來該區域會選擇周邊的世紀金源和金陵。

之前在杭州住過幾次白金漢爵，很滿意，這次來了合肥，看看離南站不遠就定了白金漢爵。合肥白金漢爵可能建成比較早，設施還是深紅色的古典系木傢俱，略顯傳統，沒有杭州的法式輕奢土豪風高大上。但使用起來還是非常舒適度。枕頭、床品、洗浴的感覺保持在線。強烈推薦！
